*About This Sound Bath*
I used to suffer from regular migraines in my teens. There's probably no worse pain I've experienced 🥴
Thankfully, my migraines left me as I grew older but my heart goes out to anyone suffering from migraine or headache pain on a regular basis.
For this reason I gathered everything I could learn about healing this terrible affliction and packed it into one ultra-healing sound bath.
🟢 Studies show that pure green light can decrease migraine pain so I learned how to remove all the red and blue light from the color spectrum of this video. Only low-intensity, pure green light remains.
🔉 I also found that binaural delta beats of 160Hz can provide headache relief so I created my own and used that as a constant base layer throughout the sound bath.
It’s my sincerest hope that this sound bath takes away your pain and brings you peace.

The wildfires in Ontario and Quebec have created a haze over the land. I'm lucky to only get headaches from this smoke, the more vulnerable will find it difficult to just breathe. Our nursing homes still don't have mandatory adequate ventilation systems. Please send love to Canada, it's becoming more backwards day by day.

In Toronto and the gaze is getting worse here some schools aren’t even letting kids out for lunch the smoke has been making my already bad migraines worse as I do already get them often and this seems to help at night thank you
Finally found a comment section where people actually tell you this helps. Cause then you know it’s effective. Posts like’ I hope everyone heals’ means well or ‘ i hope this helps’ and they never replied that it helps. You know you can skip that video!!! And wow yeah only a few minutes in and I already feel relief.

It can be a placebo effect. If it works for you then it works for you. It also depends on the sort of migraine you get, what it’s caused by.
Everything I’ve found most useful is disregarded and not tested much. They can still be gems.
Imagine if humanity needed science before making herbal teas or medicines (for example) and noticing it is helpful. Science is based on observation.
Hmm i do, all other videos had no effect on headaches almost compared to this. This so potent, suffering from chronic headaches 8 years...

I was in so much pain all night i wanted to literally walk in front of a bus just to make it stop. I trid evrything including medication. The bus thing is no joke. I was fantasizing all night about trains, semis, and really high bridges. But how would I even get to one when I can't even move my head or open my eyes. I know that's dark, just wanted to say I know how you feel.

I will say, this is the third one I have tried. I'm currently having, hands down, no exaggeration, the WORST migraine of my life so far right now. The pain has been so severe. All the other videos I watched has music that was making the pain worse, and I was getting really frustrated, and so I was skeptical of this one with the light, but it really did take the edge off within an hour, for sure. I'm going to continue, but I wanted to give a little hope if someone us reading this.

I wasn’t having a migraine, just a generic headache, but listening to this made me feel better. I didn’t know this was a thing until now. I’m feeling better now, thankfully.
If i hadn’t found out this sorta stuff existed i’d be still taking painkillers for the headaches.
This doesn’t just eliminate pain, but it saves money too.

I recommend acupuncture. It cured my migraines.
Yeah, I empathise and had a rough morning. I woke up after an hour of sleep, went back to sleep, and then woke up after another few hours to meditate, felt fine, and then...woke up again with a migraine, or from a seizure. I'm hoping my brain feels better soon!!!
Please don't eat no pork... don't eat to much salt.. and becareful with certain pain pills...it could trigger migraines...I get migraines from my birth control pills.. and b.c powders..just becareful

I've been there and there's no words to explain. Opiate detox in rehabs, took 5 attempts in the end, over few years(probation an clinic paid ) luckily and last one i was mentally ready and done it. Migraine or not this has got to be one of the best sound baths. I’ve already listened to it to aid in sleep and deep relaxation 3 times. Now I’m using it to help my 2 year old sleep without a pacifier. Love the green as well.

I’ve been suffering from an ongoing 7 day long migraine. Yesterday I went to see my doctor because it’s gotten so bad, he gave me three different injections which provided some relief for the night but today my migraine is still going. I’m planning on calling the doctor tomorrow and possibly going to the ER because it’s gotten so bad. I’m hoping this will provide some relief for tonight so that I’m able to sleep.

Thank you for this video. Usually when we have a headche or something its our body trying to cominicate with us. I remember what dolores cannon said why would u do this to yourself and so this sound bath allowed my headche to go away to allow me to see what i needed. I had debilitating migraines for many years which subsided after removing all artificial & “natural”flavors, hidden milk caseins, sorbitol, MSG & eating migraine inducing foods in bulk. I found that flavored coffee creamers gave me instant migraines. I hope this helps you, as it did for me. I now get intense left side headaches from my upper back curvature, which causes my neck to overcompensate to keep my head level.🤕

Look at the green light while listening with ear buds is most effective. Instantly my shoulders became less tense thereby allowing more range of motion when doing head rolls. The head rolls set off eliminating all the "stress knots" i have in that area and making that sound i can only describe as " a thousand little tiny bones breaking" and it feels SO GOOD! Also just realized while typing this my migraine has gone from 10 to 4. 🎉 Took 30 min of listening

I've always been skeptical of videos like this because they would make vague claims like this video will heal you or change things on the inside of you, that are impossible to measure. I decided to narrow my scope because I have daily chronic migraines. I was surprised to find this video and even more surprised when it worked. I have downloaded it and am about to listen again because my head is hurting. Medicines only help a little. The sound therapy helped a lot. I got to see the migraine receeding.

I have been battling Long Covid DEBILITATING symptoms for THREE YRS now. Headaches AND migraine are just two symptoms & lately the Botox treatment hasn't been helping like before. Im so sick of being this sick. I hope this helps! TYSM for what you do!

I have suffered from migraines for many years and they have increased in frequency since going through menopause. One day I was having a particularly bad one and tried listening to this. I was amazed that within a few minutes (when medication was not helping) the pain became much less. I have used this one many times and it seems to alleviate the pain every time.
