If you are serious about it I would definitely look online I don’t think many people on here would know
If you want to do CrossFit workouts, you can become a member at a local CrossFit box by you. If you want to compete, you can still sign up for this year’s CrossFit Open online and compete against others around the world too! If you qualify a certain number of times, you can be eligible for the CrossFit Games :)
Thank you so much and yes I’m very serious I want to participate, I also looked it up on line and yes they said the same. I have been working out hard for this I just didn’t know how it works (still a bit confused but will dig out more info) This is my dream🙏🏽. 5:55 . see?-this is what happens when a crossfitter body starts doing exercises with proper muscular engagement. She did not go for the momentum to catch up the pace, and for that she had to cut length per rep by stopping the legs flopping back by engaging core muscles, resulting her the introduction how much harder actually it is to execute toes to bar without momentum leaving her with no other options but to finally use abs for the whole range, and all that was too new/hard to her body to take hence the "Tunafloppp"
