- Healthy Salmon Salad recipe with cobb is a modern spin on the classic American Cobb salad. This cobb salad with the salmon recipe is fresh, flavorful, and always gets RAVE REVIEWS around the dinner table!

Ingredients for Pan Seared Salmon:
►1 lb salmon, boneless, skinless
►1 tsp sea salt
►1/4 tsp black pepper
Ingredients for Healthy Cobb Seafood Salad:
►1 large head of romaine lettuce or 2 small, chopped
►2 ears of corn, cooked, shucked and cut off the cob
►1/2 red onion (medium) thinly sliced
►2 large eggs, boiled, peeled and quartered
►1 large avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
►1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
Ingredients for Cilantro Lime Dressing:
►3 Tbsp fresh lime juice (from 1 to 2 limes)
►3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
►2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
►2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
►1 garlic clove, pressed or finely minced
►1 tsp sea salt
►1/8 tsp black pepper

Salmon is one of my favorites in anyway but i really like grilled homemade dill sauce and asparagus
I like to use a cedar plank and grill it. I also use Fred Meyer Salmon rub....really good. And we just eat it right off the plank...😁

I tried this salad recipe on April 20, 2024, for lunch and was really impressed with how flavorful it turned out!
I made a few substitutions based on what I had on hand: dill weed instead of fresh dill, tofu instead of avocado, and canned tuna instead of salmon. It was delicious! 🤤
I'll definitely be making it again.

I love to eat salmon. One of my favorite way to eat salmon is baked salmon with some homemade garlic sauce and some lemon. Looks so yummy!!!

We made this salad for dinner tonight, and it was amazing, but the real star of this dish was that dressing. It was refreshing and went perfect with the salmon. Thanks for sharing. 👍
Tried this today and the only change I made was to replace cucumbers for the red onions (don’t like raw onions) and to the dressing included 1 tbs of chipotle olive oil and 2 tbs of regular olive oil but did not change any of the other ingredients and the dressing was so good!!! Will be making this salad often. Healthy, easy, and delicious. Thank you for sharing this recipe!
