@JuiceandToya, just a question. If i want to tone my muscles( full body) and loose some fats, what would be my everyday routine.? Is it just always full body workout or needs to be different everyday? Please guide us, i know i am not the only one with this question. Please help. Thanks 🙏

Hello guys, I’ve been a gym rat my whole life but I had to get an ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair. I’m 4 months post op and I’m back in the gym and doing the kettlebell workouts I find here. Me and my wife do them together. Thank you for the inspiration! Keep it up!

I do a lot of your workout at least 2ce a week. I train with 8kg teach arm , 16 totaal Wright. This one whas defenly the hardest dumbell workout for me zo far😅 buth i love it,! Thnx😊

Really like this one. The first part was more stagnate. While the secomd part was more range of motion. Really mixed things up and kept me motivated.
