My Mom passed away 8 years ago on the 24th. She was an accountant who worked hard and honestly. She loved to sing and did her best to teach me and my brother what we needed to know in life.

Duke Fakir was instrumental in creating one of the greatest musical groups ever with the Four Tops. These guys went head to head with the temptations throughout the sixties and seventies. They made some classic songs. Thank you Duke! RIP

I grew up in Detroit and Motown was the best. The 4 tops had a special blend of harmony

I got to meet John Mayall when he performed at a music venue where my friend was the sound technician. I was helping my pal clean up the stage & put away equipment after the show. John Mayall jumped right in & helped out. One of the nicest people I've ever met. RIP

John Mayhall was a dynamic force playing the blues with the blues breakers way back in the sixties. His influence on Some of Englands legendary musicians like Eric Clapton was amazing. He will be missed greatly for his contributions to the genre. RIP
He also contributed with Santana in making a album Love Divene which theme music was Eastern and guitar playing check it out check it out😮

I had the pleasure of seeing John Mayall and his band in 2003 at a small venue, and it was one of the best shows I had ever seen. He was a legend.
I hadn’t heard Abner Haynes had passed. I remember how excited I was to come across his football card from the 1960’s. Still have it. Rest easy, sir.
I've always preferred Willie Mae "Big Mama" Thornton's version of Hound Dog over Presley's
I love myself some Don knotts; what a very funny comedian he was. And we have the last original surviving member of the "Four Tops". I extend my condolences to all of their loved ones. These folks left this world a better place by sharing their God given gifts and talents with this world. RIP🙏
John Mayall introduced the world to several guitarists currently active on the blues music scene, including Coco Montoya, Debbie Davies and Walter Trout. Mayall's classic live recording of "Room to Move" was a staple of album rock radio in the 1970s.

Just a Quick Note: The musical-volume in the Audio-track of this video was a bit 'louder' than it normally is. At times it even competes with the volume of the Vocal-track. Might want to cut that music back a bit during the Mixing of the music-tracks and the vocals.

All the good actors, singers, musicians, writers, etc. are slipping away slowly but surely. Pretty soon all of them will be gone and we will only have the good memories of all of them together with their greatness from a time that was the very best where people were the happiest, peaceful, and absolutely greatest. Very sad indeed but, that’s life.

Omg Esta Terblanche Princess Gillian She was so beautiful and graceful. That makes all 3 actors from the Andrassy family now gone. First Michael Nader, who plaulying the debonair Count D'mitri Marrick (husband 6 or 7 to Susan Lucci's Erica Kane) then John Callahan playing the ruggedly handsome reporter Edmund number. And now our sweet Princess Gillian Far too young to be gone. Just stunned

Man 2024 is hitting HARD. I have 3 family memebers who have passed away the past 3 months, 1 being our aunt who raised me. It's like I've lost a mother twice (my biological mother passed away in 2017). My aunt passed away 2 weeks ago and I am attending her funeral this weekend and now my uncle (who was married to my aunt) is in the hospital fighting for his life. I'm just numb right now.

So many have either forgotten or never realized the music contribution made by John Mayall. The Blues Breakers were among the roots of what was to become of rock. One only needs to look at what would have never been had so many members of the group not come into contact with John. Fleetwood Mac, Cream, Canned Heat, Manfred Mann, Frank Zappa's Mother's of Invention, and even Rolling Stones to name a few all used members of the John Mayall band which would question what other bands would have never been. RIP to a true Godfather of Rock, John Mayall.
