I’m a car seat tech! Middle seat is technically safest because it’s farthest from impact zones. But any seat you can get a correct install in is actually safest. Most middle seats do not have anchors but a seatbelt install is just as safe and I actually prefer it since the tethers have a weight limit and if you just always use the seatbelt you never have to worry about that. Either side is safe for baby, I have my big behind the driver seat and baby behind passenger because when my husband drives he has to put the seat back and the vehicle seat can’t be braced against the rear facing car seat. ☺️ let me know if you have any questions!

I’m glad you shared your miscarriages Jess, it happens to so many people including myself. There are no words for how devastating it is. I couldn’t understand more with how anxious you are. I just turned 19 weeks and finally announced. I’m still nervous every single day and I’m not sure it’ll ever go away. But we’re strong and we got this! Love you ❤

The safest spot is wherever you can get the best install. I switched my toddler to the driver side because of getting him in and out rapidly then going to the other side together to get the baby. It’s also easier for me to reach her if she’s crying whereas my toddler can meet my reach behind me(he is still RF at 4)

Before you announced you were pregnant I could see that you had this look in your eyes and face that you had been sick or was sick. You just looked different. And it explains it all. You just look more fragile. I also haven't seen you in a long time since you were only doing the monthly vlogs. But I'm so happy you guys. I'm so glad your feeling better. Your glowing❤️My aunt had what you had in the 1st trimester of your pregnancy and I can remember it being bad. But congratulations hun🎉❤

I used that exact eczema prescription while I was pregnant!
i was the opposite hahaha
pregnancy #1 i ate horribly unhealthy, i didnt care to take prenatals everyday or even every week
i ate whatever i wanted but our diet at home was mostly organic (never been a coffee drinker)
baby came out super healthy but had no vernix

And what I do is have the older kid stand with me as I load baby into passenger side, and then me and older child walk around together to load up behind my driver seat and then I hop right in!

I would place your newborn car seat on the passenger back side near the door so you can keep an eye on the baby when you’re at a stop light etc and the toddler behind the driver’s seat.

Congrats on being pregnant! You look amazing. Eczema is a gut problem! You can literally fix it with diet and not putting toxic skincare/beauty products on your body. The gut also heavily impacts fertility which is why it took me so long to conceive my daughter. You should find a holistic doctor! Could answer a lot of things that have happened!❤

Imo it depends on who’s driving. If mama/dad is driving alone I recommend infant on passenger side just Incase you need to reach baby. Also using mirrors helps.

Pregnant women are so interesting. I totally agree with you, where you can look at someone and just see that they are pregnant. You can definitely tell in your arms and face that you have pregnancy weight/swelling coming on. Which is GOOD! means you are staying healthy and feeding yourself and your baby.

When I had my first child I didn’t do iPads until she was almost 6-7 and then I had the 2nd one and of course they see the older sibling with an IPad so inevitably the 2nd child got an iPad earlier on 😂
I moved my older child behind driver seat and baby behind passenger seat, because it's easier when I am driving to reach back and help baby if they're behind passenger seat

Hey girl! You probably already know this. But when you're pregnant for some reason, our bodies drop in zinc, and that might be why your hair is thinning a bit. And then also, they have done studies and it showing that sunscreen is actually really bad for us. It's actually the seed oils we eat, and then when we sit in the sun, it bakes us from the inside out, and that's what causes skin cancer... sunscreen is good if it's a zinc base. Cause obviously we need to protect from burning. But if you want more info, look up Paul Saladino he's a doctor and explains all of this, and it makes so much sense!
