At 3:23 I say that oxygen is combustible. My mistake, oxygen is not combustible, nor is it flammable. A hydrocarbon in the presence of oxygen and an open flame will produce a combustion reaction resulting in the formation of water vapor and carbon dioxide gas. That said, "combustible" and "flammable" are both a chemical properties. Methane is combustible and gasoline is flammable.
thx :) i was so confused between chemical properties and chemical changes, because it just sounded like the same thing. now i understand how chemical properties is the ability and chemical change is literally a chemical change to substances
my teacher is so good at this and how she explained the lasson and i no all from before but the thing that helped me in the video was the test at the end of the video lol but so good and helpful video love it sooo much thx
Hi I am a teacher and have used your videos many times. I do not use the annotations but one of my students used the annotation for this video and at the end, he saw dezz nuts printed. I was wondering if you know that is on there.

My chemistry teacher only referred to me as "the unicorn" due to how often I showed up to class. My dumbass was proud of that, too. smh. So much missed opportunity to learn something that I never thought I'd end up being fascinated by in my late 20s.
It took him 6 mins and my teacher couldn't explain when he had over an hour.

Wow, perfect and helped me from dodging a bullet. Thanks!
Is mayonnaise a chemical property?
Mayonnaise is a mixture that has different physical and chemical properties.
and solution because is evenly distributed.
Mayo would be an emulsion...a type of colloid. not a solution
no Patrick
What you mean no the answer is yes patrick.

physical properties: state of matter, weight, boiling point, can be streched, can be bent.
Chemical properties: colour, smell, gives of heat, light.
Nice video thanks
we can get boiling point of water when we provide energy (heat) so how it can be physical property
Uhm is aging chemical or physical?

so a cooler analogy of chemical properties is all of the elemental effects you can think of in games?
