  • Little bit of a longer video, as there is 2 flights, but it is also a different style!
Felt like I wasn't getting consistent high rpms with the old Ego 4530HT 510kv (not the motors fault, it just had a lower KV than what I thought I initially needed), and also felt that it was too powerful of a motor for what I needed. I flew a friend's heli that had a similar motor to the 4525HS and decided to pick one up. This "little" guy is an absolute beast! I like trying out different things from different brands and have heard very good things about the YGE line of ESCs!
    Egodrift 4525HS 550KV
    YGE 135HVT Aureus
    TORQ BLS2208 and BLS0704T
    VBar Neo
    VControl Touch
    HRB 12s 5000mAh
    rEVO 715mm and RT106U
20T Tail Pulley (1:5 tail ratio)

The YGE 135 aureus was my first YGE esc and I will never change to a different brand…it stays cool and you don’t have to worry about overheating 👍…and with a 4525 size the perfect combo🍺🤘

amazing combo, i have a raw 700 , have a HW 160 v4 , was thinking to change for the new 200A for a 4525 motor, but seeing this beast and how a 135 works,m maybe i should give him a try , or do you think i should go for new hw 200A? ty

@@lulafpv6435 no need to change to 200 Amps. As long as you don’t go over 160 or 170 Amps several times during your flights, the YGE 135 can handle it easily 👍

Trying Different Batteries, the Hrb have not much cappacity i think. Have really good experience with Gens ace Batts.
    Really Good Flying Man.

Thank you! And also I have tried different brands before and HRBs definitely aren’t the best and don’t deliver as much power as Gens Ace, Pulse, ManiaX, Etc. But for my needs I find that HRBs work just fine. I use them mostly because they are super cheap compared to other brands

Nice flight, but you really don't need the fan. I'm flying harder with the 135 YGE and also with over 30 degrees Celsius outside, I never reached more than 64° after 3min of hard pushing :)

    • @NoahSommer
      @NoahSommer  2 ปีที่แล้ว

It’s not harming anything, and I don’t understand why it’s such a bother to you lol

I’m looking at getting that same 4525 550 from Egodrift. Now that you’ve had it for awhile, what do you think? Is it worth buying?

Your esc temp should be visible on your TX via its telemtry btw.

What pinion are you using with that 550kv motor?
