Unless shes joining the foot clan, no gang uses martial arts based weapons. Maybe they do but for this show, it doesn't have the set up or the experience for that privilege
I don’t know how they were able to film this scene and the whole series for that matter because the boom mic and camera workers laughing at how bad it was.
Earlier in the episode, the mom said something like, “We knew we would have to talk about gangs to Stan some day but not to our daughter” Yea it can happen to anybody. Same way young teen girls can fall into drugs just as easily as their male counterparts, no one is totally safe because of their gender, race or anything else.
@@sbarrow06 well it kinda shows the absurdity of religious moralism unintentionally. I remember the episode where they find a joint in the household and treat it as if they found child porn or something though we know what religious communities think about child marriage.
I'm sorry, but Shiri's acting here isn't good. At the very least I think her character should've taken serous responsibility for hiding it under her brother's bed.
Move her to Colorado or Cali? Bruh she's a teenage girl. Not a mafia leading drug lord kingpin trying to leave the thug life with his family and live the anonomys life forever lol.
When I first saw this episode I figured that since it was a gang of teenagers that there was really no lifetime commitment or consequences involved(Many high school gangs tend to disperse as the members finish high school)I didn't realize how serious this case was until the end of the episode.
Somehow i don't feel as though the whitebread suburbia megachristian fuckboy central that is this show and it's writers has the most accurate portrayal of gang life or literally any life that has real life elements to it.
Lol hood gangs don’t disperse like that. After high school, they be deep in the streets by the time 25 some stop being in the streets, some in jail or dead. This is from my experience going to school with people in gangs and keeping up with them on socials.
I think this episode would have benefited from an ex-gang member portrayal. That way he/she could probably explain the situation to Karen better than Eric did.
I think the main issue with this is it shows how out of touch with reality upper middle class white suburbia is about gangs which I'm assuming where the writers of the show are from. Gangs exist because of wealth inequality. You aren't going to find someone like that girl in this episode in q gang because she has no reason or struggle to join a gang. Her life is comfortable.
I loved the last line of this episode! This show was so well written, well acted...I miss it so much!! We need a show like this, a family like this again.
This show seriously was absurd, I can appreciate that they try to deal with serious issues in the world. I can’t imagine it being done this way though, like.. how much snitching has to be done by very nosy people. It’s one thing to let Karen’s parents know what they heard from their kids, it’s another thing to make this your entire focus in life to interfere in someone else’s affairs. Seriously just don’t let your kid hang out with the kid you think has problems. Leave that poor family alone and don’t make a federal case of incriminating someone through rumors you heard from a 12 year old and convince the family that isn’t yours to point fingers and search each others rooms just because a 12 year old said something. Kids say stuff all the time and half of it is true or factual.
A self respecting gang huh? Well that girl should've thought about all the bad things before she joined their gang. But then again, we all make mistakes so...
Obviously she's not in a gang. With weapons like that, she's a Vampire Slayer
LeoP2008 Haha awesome
LeoP2008 Dude 😂😂😂
Or she is a ninja
LeoP2008 lol
Or a female Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle!
"How could you do this to us? How?! "
"Well, master shredder is very convincing when he wants to be."
Or maybe with all those weapons she was the Last Ronin XD
Nunchucks -- did she join the teenage mutant ninja turtles?
lmao
These people have never seen a gang bust, have they? Where are the guns?
lol
Maybe the gang she joined was a sect of the foot using a different name.
She’s April O’Neill
Eric knows all about that thug life
More like the nonce life.
In the 80's and the 90's, gangs were more prevalent back then
Lol
@@lightheart5 they were crawling all over the suburbs too
Hahaha! What kind of self respecting gang has freaking nunchucks! What are they a gang of ninjas?
Nunchaku training is supposed to improve your hand-eye coordination, so maybe it's supposed to be a prelude to gun training?
SqueegyBex I
The Foot clan up in this bitch.
SqueegyBex Shiri Appleby as BabyDoll
Funny or Die did a whole episode about this episode of 7th Heaven. It is hilarious! Check it out.
She’s not in a gang she’s with the turtles fighting the shredder with those weapons
Surprised she didn't have a elder wand stashed in that mess
Wtf kind of gang is she rolling with, the Warriors?!
😂😂😂
LMFAOOOOO
lol 😂 😂😂
Can you dig iiiiiiiiit?!?
123 sesame street gang and the leader is Elmo and friends
Bigbird has 43 kills to date
With those weapons, she didn't join a gang she joined the Akatsuki
LMAOOO
Her brother was having so many nightmares and all because she decided to hide the weapons and the drug under his bed of all places smh...
Amen
I am screaming at the absurdity of this scene LOL
Unless shes joining the foot clan, no gang uses martial arts based weapons. Maybe they do but for this show, it doesn't have the set up or the experience for that privilege
If she’s relying on nunchucks, it’s not a gang she’s in.
I screamed I closed my eyes and opens them I had nightmares I could not get sleep
Absurdity?
@@HenshinHeroesMedia Master Shredder will never let her out.
I don’t know how they were able to film this scene and the whole series for that matter because the boom mic and camera workers laughing at how bad it was.
Because it paid well.
Maybe they were all a Christian cult
How could You do this to Us?! how could you join the foot clan are you out of your mind?!!
The director and prop master obviously had a disagreement over how many silly weapons and drugs to use for this scene
Earlier in the episode, the mom said something like, “We knew we would have to talk about gangs to Stan some day but not to our daughter”
Yea it can happen to anybody. Same way young teen girls can fall into drugs just as easily as their male counterparts, no one is totally safe because of their gender, race or anything else.
In some situations, sons are treated differently than daughters.
judging from the type of weapons she had, more like she joined Buffy the vampire slayer lol
This show is the best unintentional comedy of all times...Triad gangs invading the burbs...eyeroll
I'm glad that I don't have a family friend who becomes involved in street gang activities.
A very special episode.
She alone will stand against the vampires, demons and the forces of darkness!
Tim Rogers ...And fall😒
"In our house?! Where our children sleep?!!!" #GodfatherII
"Where they come and play with their toys" #GodfatherII
GOD DANG, KAREN! What type of work you putting in on these streets!?
I can't believe people actually took this show seriously.
Why is that?
@@sbarrow06 well it kinda shows the absurdity of religious moralism unintentionally. I remember the episode where they find a joint in the household and treat it as if they found child porn or something though we know what religious communities think about child marriage.
@@farhan007 well aren't you supposed to show concern when you know your child is in trouble?
@@sbarrow06 yeah but they were acting like they found a baggie of meth or something.
People took this show seriously?
this is how you become a Streets of Rage henchman
IN OUR HOUSE?!?!?!?!
i like how the dad is like NO YOU DONT LEAVE YOURE IN FOR LIFE
Cause it's true
Why would he say that?
Lol yall dumb af
Lmao I can’t believe how much I
Loved this show back in the day 😂
Lmao yep, same
I like that all of the folding knives are sitting blade out and ready.
cant tell whats worse, the acting or the writing.
kingdom7777777 both
Amen to that!
Haters!

Cracks me up me and my mom would watch this show 😹
That’s a pretty accurate depiction of what life was like growing up in the late 90s
Street smarts and common sense that girl does not have
She's a 16 year old girl she's supposed to be stupid but then again there are teenage girls who are smarter than her
Why does she have prison shanks? I mean if you can get regular knives, why have makeshift weapons?
This was such a great episode definitely on how to deal with gangs I enjoyed it love 7th heaven.
shiri Appleby is gangsta I love her an she's such a good actor
Are these your nunchucks Karen!? ARE THEY!?
Lmao
Lmfaaaaooooo
"I, I was just holding them for a friend. I never used them! You've gotta believe me!"
I always hated how Eric was always trying to get into peoples lives.
yeah he always was such a stupid character in one episode called tunes he tells simon if he wears baggy pants he is going to prison.
He probably thought that being a minister meant meddling was part of the job description
Blackburn-16. Still roaming the streets of Glen Oak.
Move her to Colorado or Cali? Bruh she's a teenage girl. Not a mafia leading drug lord kingpin trying to leave the thug life with his family and live the anonomys life forever lol.
She's just a cosplayer
She move to roswell and fell in love with an 👽 🤣🤣
Yeah she did.
This girl is way too cute to be apart of a gang. but yeah the comment section has me in tears
Gang members never have to recruit.
The people who wrote 7th Heaven googled "what is a gang"? Awful show
LOL 😂😂😂😂
Lol a chain and some nunchucks...really?
so? whats wrong with that gangs do have like every weapon
Kevin Ramos you are a fucking moron.
with chains.. she could choke someone
@Kevin Ramos lol wtf are you talking about? She joined the Foot Clan dude
Great episode
So many wonderful shows we just can't watch anymore because the fathers on these shows, in real life were into children. Scary.
When I first saw this episode I figured that since it was a gang of teenagers that there was really no lifetime commitment or consequences involved(Many high school gangs tend to disperse as the members finish high school)I didn't realize how serious this case was until the end of the episode.

I think this episode would have benefited from an ex-gang member portrayal. That way he/she could probably explain the situation to Karen better than Eric did.
Are you kidding me? The writers are far too white to be that close to real life. They'd die.

@Vick Vinegar Wow.... Goodbye Karen.
Would it have been better if they had cast a person of color to play a gang member? Or would that have been unfairly stereotyping people of color?
It would've been better not existing at all
Sadly, I must agree 😆
Shes been kickin it with buffy a little too much.
TH-cam comments are just awesome
There's no such thing as a safe niehborhood. Crimes happen everywhere.
Sometimes the scarier things happen in the nicer areas.
Anyone notice the Oregano 🌿 in the bags too 😂😂😂
Yeah the nunchucks killed me too 😂💀
I think I spotted a chocolate covered pretzel masquerading as brass knuckles
husband: Joan, we just hit the jackpot!
This is why you don't join a gang.
She’s not a gangster she’s a ninja
She's in a Ninja gang. It's okay, they only fight Samurai's who no longer exist. Lol.
Liz Parker got into some shit before Roswell, is all. lol
Eclairsu 😂😂😂😂

This music is hilarious 🤣🤣🤣
Black Burn 16??? More like Black Belt 16 with those weapons.
The girl was in the local foot clan chapter. No wonder her family was upset.
She plays it off!! Omg I'm dying!
Are those nunchucks? HAHAHA
Ah yes, because keeping all the paraphernalia together is believable 😂 this show was something else
Definitely Stan's stuff. He's the one in the gang and selling drugs. This chick, Babygirl, is totally innocent.
Damn what kinda work she putting in these streets
i finally realized who that girl is. :D She used to be on life unexpected.
Damn she's a fuckin hittah
What did she join the Foot's California chapter?
This show is wild
They say blood in blood out for a reason.
What would she do in a gang? Paint their nails?

Omg I remember this
To be fair, I’m pretty sure the nunchucks are actually Stan’s
This is hillarious.
She is in the double dragon 🐉 gang
where were her throwing stars at?
