Amazing video friend. I’m a consultant with 2 clients through agencies. Looking to add #3. Remote senior software developer. Any tips going from 2 to 3? Would love to see a video on this topic. Thanks much, subscribed.

      Hey there!
Sorry for taking so long to respond.
I am curious where you are at at the moment.
If I were to have answered you 9 months ago I would've advised you to make sure you consistently reduce the time you spend on the two clients you have so much that adding the 3rd one feels easy.
Also, I suggest making yourself "indispensable" by providing value and making sure it's recognized within the two org you already work with.
Ask questions such as "I spent a lot of time on that, but I think it was worth it because now we have x benefit, what do you think?" .
So please share how you're doing right now and what advice you have.
I will also make a video to answer your question in more detail.

I think morality argument is dumb. As long as you are putting in effort to both jobs and giving your best, then how is that a bad thing? Now, I have heard stories about people stacking multiple jobs and not even bothering to put in effort - that's immoral. Otherwise, I see absolutely nothing wrong; if you have the bandwidth, get yours!

You might very well be correct, but you see ... we are all correct under certain circumstances.
When the circumstances change, the lines between right and wrong shift a bit.
There's never a 100% consistent right answer. Best we can do is try to always analyse everything we do every once in a while.
But truth be told, every now and then someone has too lose for someone else to profit.
I know it sounds rough, but it's life.
I would just advise we don't make others lose more than we profit, or more than we think they can afford to lose.
      What do you think?
