I baked the cake for my birthday and it turned out realy good, althoug I made a few changes! I doubled the portion, used coconut milk because I couldn't find coconut cream and added 2 packs of gelatine into the mixture, because it was too runny. Nobody could guess that it was made out of sweetpotatoes, they all thought it was a chocolate pudding filling!

Thanks for watching:) Best option would be cacao butter if you are okay with it. Or you can simply omit the coconut oil. For the crust, if your mixture is too dry without the oil, add more dates. For the fillings, as the coconut oil helps the cakes to set so make sure to use scoopable coconut cream or use only thick part of full-fat coconut milk. And freeze them well until they’re completely set. These relate to almost all of my recipe here! Hope that helps:)
