    I love this honouring of the sacred yin, the nurturing dark, the receptive, stillness etc. we are out of balance with an excess of Yang energies. Restore the natural balance of yin and Yang. Thank you.

    I had a surgery so i’ m not allowed to move my stomach muscles, just a little, so I miss working with you, I watch, and do everything with my hart 😢😢😢❤❤❤
