I know you have your system, but I thought I'd suggest. How about using a plastic shovel on the thick stuff? I don't think it would hurt the epoxy flooring and they are cheap. Just a thought.

I just use my undercarriage washer to pressure wash the floors, just flip it so its spraying down not up and roll the pressure washer along, not too sure how good it would work with mud this thick though 🤣

The pressure washer isn’t too harsh on the paint? What if there is a small chip in the paint...I would be worried it would pull it up further and cause more damage..

Yeah, a shopvac won't get that. However a heatgun and squaring of your cup. Might make that easier, possibly.
