Today I have discovered a fruit that has not been in my diet. Well, this fruit has 13 benefits that you are going to want to know about today. And you don't even have to peel it!
So the fruit today is kumquats. They're not popular at all but they should be because of how they work in the body. They are an antioxidant that goes and just chases all of the free radicals and says you're not welcome here. They are anti-inflammatory, they have a high vitamin C which is what most citrus does, which is what we need today and we need it everyday in our diet to keep our immune system strong.
Vitamin C is also what our body needs to build collagen. Collagen is what helps with our connective tissue. It keeps our knees from not squeaking and making so much noise, our skin to help it to be glowing, our hair to be strong, our body to just have a defense about it the way God designed it.
The first issue I want to talk about today is about gallstones and pancreas issues. kumquats are definitely going to help deplete gallstones. The study shows 75% of the cases who use the complex every day had less gallstones and they were depleted. That's reason number one to enjoy this. They have a nutrient in it called limonene. And this nutrient is what helps reduce the gall stones.
Reason number two is it helps with digestion. There are certain enzymes we have to break down our food. And citrus just comes with lots of benefits and enzymes. And these enzymes help to break down our food but they have a specific lipid enzyme which means it helps break down fats which is why it helps deplete gallstones and it helps with the pancreas.
So these components have an enzyme that breaks down lipids which is your fat, which helps with digestion. This also is going to help with weight loss. The next reason is about weight loss because of the specific fibers their income cuts. It helps to move food along much better and prevents constipation.
It also helps to stimulate the hormones leptin and ghrelin so you recognize hunger and satisfaction. So these are in powerful foods, like I say move over kale and blueberries and make room for the kumquats. These are definitely going to be the power food of tomorrow.
I can't wait to read your comments today. What did you think about the sprouts store or about the kumquats? How are you going to enjoy them in your diet? Don't forget, eat the peelings. Don't throw them away, and enjoy them every day. Your body deserves it, you deserve it.

We have a small tree that grows prolifically and they usually rot because we’ve never eat them. But now I’m going to eat them and give them to friends and family. Thank you for the info.

I listen to many spiritual/ancient wisdom teachings audio books on here. Over the last few years I have listened to almost a thousand. Almost every book all speak the same message of the Christ within. A few have mentioned kumquats. It seems to me that the earlier stage of growth when consuming natural foods, the more densely packed and nutritious for you. Like broccoli sprouts vs broccoli we mostly eat full mature to our standards of acceptance as to how we should eat broccoli. But the sprouts have so much more nutrition. Each has its place to share its life force to us when blessed before consumption.
Just today one of the chapters of the book mentioned the affirmation God Loves Me. And instead of wishing for something, deny the opposite of what you are wishing for. For instance, I am not poor instead of saying i wish I was rich etc.
When you looked in to the camera and spoke those words God Loves You, I was flooded with love. It brought my heart back to earlier in the day when I heard it being read through my ears in to my soul.
Every day is a miracle when you only see love around you manifesting itself as God.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. I stopped on the way home from work. I am a fire fghter, and bought kumquats because of the memory of them mentioned in the many books I have read.
And all this led me to you today to see your video about a fruit I have never eaten before and had no idea of its nutritional values. Only to be reminded that God truly does love me.
    God loves you.

I live in AZ and have two kumquat trees. They are magical. I keep a glass blow on my counter and snatch one when I walk by. I make jam, marmlade, roast them for salads and on top of oatmeal, make curd and oh so much more. It bears fruit for so long each year. My favorite method of using kumquats is to pop them in my mouth and eat them while I'm checking on my apple, peach, lemon, limes, fig, orange and grapefruit trees. I'm always, in season or out, making sure they're all happy and healthy.

I have two trees in my backyard. I bring in a bowl full, rinse off, slice in half, pop out the seeds and blend till all is liquid. Add ice, a few drops of stevia and pow! Then enjoy the feeling of a healthy snack, tons of energy with little calories❤
