Until you've switched to the BOYA microphone I thought you were using the Boya and I thought it's horrible, but after you've actually switched to it I was impressed about it. I haven't heard any noticeable noise.
My dad just bought this for my birthday for a project I am working on. My first impressions are great. The build quality feels strong and the sound is pretty good so far. However, the USB Micro cable that plugs into your computer is a bit short, but I guess I can buy a longer one. I also had to put my audio level to 100 both on my computer settings and on the knob on the microphone, so my only volume adjustment is the gain knob. Maybe I can find a way around that later. Overall, a good start. I'm hoping it stays that way.

Hi. My BY PM-700 doesn't have monitoring feature. I can't hear my voice while talking. Does this mean it is broken or I need to turn on the feature somewhere?
