Don't worry. Squats were canonically eaten by Nids, and they turned out fine.
In the Robo-Yarrick vein, I think a Yarrick themed dreadnought would be hilarious and badass at once! Awesome conversion by the way, Solar Macharius and Yarrick have always been some of my favorite characters. I'd love to see the things Solar Yarrick would get up too, it's the promotion he deserves!
A dreadnought with a peaked cap and Ork powerfist, stomping it's way through greenskin ranks...that would be amazing. Also, hopefully it's a Contemptor dreadnought. The boxy boys just wouldn't do.
Guess Yarrick's Baneblade was in the shop, good thing he found a badass horse!
Love the idea of a Robo-Yarrick, looking forward to that!
Also for older models getting some love, I think it could be neat seeing you try to make the old Ghazghull and make it into Gorgutz.
Or the old Sternguard Veteran models and turn them into Captain Titus or Sergeant Sidonus.

I see you mention 2 of the 3 marines from space marine, leaving out leandros. GOOD! Leandros is a stain on any chapter within 3 systems, and should be executed for treason ASAP

Not sure if you've done it, but I'd love to see a modern rendition of Tycho from the Blood Angels. I know lore-wise he's dead but I'd love to see a version of him if he'd survived and continued to serve.

This is absolutely beautiful work mate, the send off Yarrick deserves! Continuing in the commissar vein, how about making Ciaphas Cain and Jürgen to go with your Valhallan kill team? Maybe even with a scout Salamander, hell, even just the Salamander on its own would be cool!
I still believe that it was a ruse by the adeptus munitorum to try and instill vengeance in certain troops (and when the paper reached armageddon, Yarrick was thoroughly confused)

The conversion is cool, but I think the really impressive part of this is how you highlighted just how a better paintjob can make a lackluster model look brilliant. I wasn't a fan of the horse originally, but the way you've painted it is so much more convincing than the box art. Well done!

i missed out on getting the Ork Kommando Snikrot, stopped producing the model... The whole ork Sam Fisher/splinter cell that gave Catachan fighters nightmares really caught my eye. Now trying to kit bash with the latest ork models to recreate the Bloodaxes warboss is proving troublesome..

I think the really nice thing about this kitbash is it is really simple and doesn't require all too many parts, so most people can do this conversion real easily.

There is soo much kitbashing potential for this kit! I think people will be buying it more for that than building it the standard way which GW still wins in the end, great idea for them. Also a great idea to convert a yarrick, good on you pete, very well done. I hope all those extra lord solar bits will be utilized in a future kitbash

I was massivly negative towards it before and refused to accept that GW killed of Yarrick.

The Emperor would be proud. With the made to order Yarrick kits up for order now I considered using one of them to make a new Yarrick, but that feels kind of wasteful for a classic kit- using an Ork power claw is much more sensible! Great video!
