beating the witch of hemwick allows you to go to cainhurst, so i wouldn't say she's entirely useless.

@@Forky47 and the room after the boss fight gives you the item which makes you able to use runes so especially on the first playthrough its very important to go there because of those 2 reasons

I'm disappointed at everyone who says that Bloodborne should get a "remake." It doesn't even need a remaster. The game is still current-gen material and the gameplay and style needs no tweaking besides maybe a frame-rate patch. It's going to continue to age miraculously.
A ps5 upgrade to 120 fps 4k like demon souls would be amazing but even 60 with 4k would make this game that much better. This games amazing but the 30 fps and the input delay is off putting and takes away from the fluidity of combat. They should include a performance and resolution mode; performance 120 fps 4K or 1080p if they couldn't support 4K at 120 fps for some reason or locked 60fps 4k.
Of course they will remaster it because they know that the players will again pay 80 euros to play the exact same game just in better graphics and see after 3 or 4 years they will do the same in the elden ring and the players will pay 80 euros again for the remaster of the elden ring.
@@natexOG demon souls runs at 60fps. A game couldn't look that good at 120fps on ps5, there are very few games available with 120fps performances modes atm and the graphics take a hit when you turn it on
@@irishjay9485 it could look that good. Vanguard looks great. Destiny 2 looks great as well. In time they will make it work and I'll be patient and wait for that day. Plus exclusive games probably will in the near future.

@@swinaecologist9610 Bloodborne is not a "horror" game. Horror games build tension and put you on edge. Bloodborne borrows from the horror genre for its aesthetic, but not its gameplay.
My favourite game of all time, there isn't even competition for this gem.
Mine still ds3 I like bloodborne too because of the setting and visuals I just wish they had more weapons
I think I agree. There's so many concepts I love about Bloodborne that just provides such an infatuation I have of this entire experience.
I haven't yet been able to replicate this experience.. and I've played pretty much every Soulslike game that exists.

same. currently on my ng+6(2 run) and never saw this. i always stand far or start running to the stairs, the tombstones always blocks me
To be honest, I don't even like video games that much, but Bloodborne is the one game that I finished three times and had a lot of fun with it. I love the visuals, the story and everything about this game. Masterpiece. I dont really like Dark Souls games :).

@@denglong7180 I think Activision actually sold back the rights to Tenchu to Fromsoft a long time ago which is part of Sekiro, so even though Activision paid for its development, Fromsoft still owns the rights to Sekiro

This convinced me to buy the game on my ps4! I beat Elden Ring on PC not too long ago and it's my first full playthrough of a fromsoft game, and now I want more. I've heard nothing but good things about this game so I'm diving head first into it. I'm excited!

You CAN get it via PS Now, but last time I checked the Old Hunters DLC was inexplicably not accessible or included in any way as part of the PC PS Now suite. Still, it is an option for you if you didn't know about it!

youtube compression doesn't even do this game justice graphically. the textures, the lighting, the Anisotropic filtering still spit on any souls game that came after it except for demon souls remake.
