Your interpretation of War of Hormones is spot on. It is such a shame that they were ripped apart for it. They were only speaking truth to young men going through puberty.
I agree. Plus like BTS have always done by bringing awareness to things. The people that have a problem with it (I do respect and understand people who might though) that society, parents, etc. need to teach their kids about to approach these feelings and thoughts…hopefully this make sense.
its literally a satire about a teenage boy going through a hormonal war. the lyrics werent meant to be taken as their own "thoughts" on things. but people just entirely missed the point of it.
Suga literally said that it’s an honest song that you don’t expect idols to released cuz the whole “Dark and wild” was about that , them speaking honestly about their thoughts of certain issues they lived in high school , specially love that’s why you also have the song “embarrassed “ , “let me know”, “24/7”, “look here “ and ofc the title track “danger” all those songs are really honest about how the guys felt when it comes with relationships.
"The baby is rapping?!" 🤣 I still feel that shock even after 2 years as ARMY. And I LOVE War of Hormone and your reaction to it was so great. To me these lyrics were just the side of edgy. They were honest and horny but still playful and respectful. I will never understand people having a an issue, thinking they were misogynistic. Let she who's never had a dirty thought cast the first stone.
the song is literally called “war of hormones” and they’re talking about how weak they are as young boys with hormones lol how girls do nothing and they freak out bc of them and battling their hormones to not be idiots all the time. Jhope talked about bursting a pimple ffs lol this is like the only song with lyrics like this bc it’s an intentional concept… and the only reason they got shit for it… is bc it’s a certified bop with sick choreo and would have been a song to reckon with honestly … bc everyone that hears it loves it… and they stopped performing it all together even though it’s so good. That’s more people in power trying to hold them down lol sad bc it’s so good!
When RM wrote the lyrics he wrote "I need u friend", but if you sing it like that it doesn't sound good, so he changed it to "I need u girl", but the real meaning is that I need u friend, so it's a breakup song and at the same time it fits into the story they're doing. So there's a thing called BTS Universe. It's a story line. You need to watch all the MV's in order to understand it and "I NEED U" is the first part of the storyline. It's almost like a puzzle but lemme tell you it will blow your mind. The storyline itself is very deep and YES it includes Fake Love! RM - works in a gas station, the clients treat him like shit (throwing money on the ground instead of giving it to him, etc) and imagery of him smoking. Jin - in a room alone, the flower petals start burning, he is a very important character in the storyline. (All the MVs under the same storyline can be found by looking at the description of the videos, they are marked with "BU content certified by Big Hit Entertainment"). Suga - in a motel, missing someone (scene in the bed), buys gasoline and burns the room with himself inside (suicide). J-Hope - is sick and needs meds (apparently suffers from narcolepsy, he actually has munchausen’s syndrome), but abuses the drugs and passes out in the sidewalk of a road from an overdose Jimin - in the bathtub burning a photo, he seems in distress and scared, tries to drown himself V - catches his dad (the dad is the alcoholic one, not V) abusing his sister, in anger and adrenaline attacks his dad and accidentally kills him Jungkook - gets into street fights, seems to not care about anything (depression), ends up being hit by a car at the end
I love how you saw the positive side of War Of Hormone... they don't perform this song anymore because of some accusations, but you know what? ARMYs are charting this song recently (and the long list of their other songs)
War of Hormone is an honest, positive, fun song, and really deserves all the love in the world. I don't get the hate it has gotten from some quarters. I can honestly say that it's in my top 10 BTS songs. I love it. And I wish more people would take the time to actually understand the lyrics. I love this song 💜
I heard that when V was performing in this video (and they were still newbies), one of the directors/producers said V had the most natural and photogenic presence in front of a camera he’s ever seen. Agreed. The only time he looked slightly awkward was when he had to hug the girl 😂
I love your journey! Also your face during war of harmones was so funny lol. There has been hate towards this song, because they were accused of misogony. But I, as a woman love this song. They didn't say anything wrong plus they were much younger. I'm glad that they were wild and spoke their thoughts, as they should.
they didn’t say anything wrong?? they’re degrading women. talking about our bodies, not talking about us as people. i understand it’s about teenage boy’s hormones but they shouldn’t have promoted a song like this when their fanbase is mainly girls. i’m glad they learned their lesson though
@@victoriab98 I will respect your opinion. However my opinion: 1) I do agree that are taking positively about women for the most part 2) while I do not think that men should think some lines they way that they did about women, but I think it is an important topics that needs to be talked about, especially with younger people. I think it fits well with BTS bringing awareness and to make sure parents etc. teach their kids this… 3) personally I don’t have a problem with it but I respect people who do and understand why they might not like it.
@@victoriab98 “degrading” I suggest you go back, read and use comprehension and context skills instead of taking these ridiculous accusations at face value
@@victoriab98 the song says, according to some translators, "I'm 18, I know everything I need to know". Even the most straightforward translation says "I'm 18, I know about this stuff". They were smart enough, even at their age, to know that a 18-year-old doesn't know sh... It's obviously a sarcastic view on how *some* guys that age see the world. But they were apologetic about it anyway, because they realized how some people was understanding it (and of course "we didn't mean it that way" wouldn't cut either), and they haven't included that kind of language anymore, even in a sarcastic way
@@victoriab98 that’s one way to look at it but let’s be real, woh wasn't misogynistic. It was just an honest song about what guys in that age range go through. they were straight up saying that they struggle with their hormones when they see a pretty girl and that’s just then being honest. the title itself gives a clear idea to how they see it. a war. an internal conflict and it's true to what guys in their late teens and early 20s go through. bts have always been open about talking about their experiences and being a voice of people their age and they’re artists..they were simply playing an honest role! but that’s my way of looking at the song
BTS was originally conceptualized by Big Hit Entertainment as a hip hop group. In fact, that's why RM, Suga and J-Hope (along with his dancing skills) were the first three signed as members of BTS. This this is why a lot of their earlier music was hip hop heavy.
I’m so glad u love War of hormone.. u got the meaning for this song.. we ARMY love this song, the haters specially the other group’s fans using misogyny to hate on this song so they stopped performing this… sad cause we wanted to see this live…
Pls I can't with your story and at the "who are you Jimin?" 😂 31:40 wait- you actually got that right, I'm impressed . You understand really fast as a baby army
The baby is rapping💜😂 yes the baby raps too, only sometimes nowadays. I loved your reaction, I laughed a lot with war of hormone and agreed with you regarding the lyrics.
It's fascinating seeing people see BTS from Dynamite and Butter first, then backtrack to their earliest albums and it's always , "woah!" 😂 Regarding their styling from No More Dream being more uniform compared to their current styles... there's really nothing to it, they didn't have money then! They had the vision, but didn't have a lot of money to execute it in such a polished manner. For example, they used to wear CHANNEL clothes (seriously) and were often mocked for it. It's really wild how far they've gone! Same sentiments about War Of Hormone, it got so much controversy and flak mainly because of errors in translation. And you're right, WOH was true to their age: young boys who were honest about their hormonal thoughts. The song didn't feel disrespectful to me at all.
RM was criticized so much about his appearance, he used to cover his facial features, especially his eyes. That’s why he wore sunglasses back then. Also, The debut choreo had all of them lifting their shirts. They didn’t want to do it and asked for a change. They were told ok, except Jimin still has to do it. He didn’t spontaneously go off
Like you, BTS thought it was a fun teen song but when the members found out the public (especially the haters) saw the song as misogynistic. RM was so upset to think that he had hurt ARMY that he started delving in psychology and consulted with a Professor of Women's Studies to review his music to make sure that it did not happen again. As a result we were given the masterpiece Map of the Soul 7 which is based on the teachings of Carl Jung. 🥰
I'm a women, 27 and War of Hormone is still one of their best songs in my opinion. I didn't even know it was cancelled, when I found out months after first listening to it I was shocked. Its so sad that they don't perform it 😟
"I Need U" is part of the BTS Universe storyline. Music videos that are part of the BU are usually marked in the description. It's very deep and there's sooooooo many little tidbits and references everywhere. It can be overwhelming. That's why I show people all the BU videos in proper sequence and let them theorize themselves before showing them the theory/explanation videos. Lol. It'll be a fun ride. Enjoy!!!
Early Jimin always hurts my heart a little bit, because he was expected to project this hypermasculine image that really wasn't who he is at all. I always felt "Lie" was a response to that. I'm glad he's able to be his full self now!
The reason why „no more dream“ is such a hiphop song is because BTS was supposed to be a hiphop group at the beginning. As the time went on they began to grow more comfortable with themselves and their own style. I honestly love to see their growth thru out the years :)
Being an army from the start, this makes me miss all these times. I love their music a lot more in the beginning, nowadays I feel like they really found their true color in music. But DAMN I MISS IT LOL.
War of Hormone is one of their most fun songs EVER, I love it. They caught a lot of heat for the lyrics, which, like it or hate it, are the reality. I'm sure that translation from Korean to English didn't help as well. Too bad they're not performing this song anymore, although to be honest, at their current age, it might be a bit weird. it's not one of those timeless/ageless topics, and it probably wouldn't suit them now. still, a great song, one of my favs. "the baby is rapping" 🤣
Same with me, I listen to it at least once a day (its on my daily list of music that I have on while cleaning/doing errands etc...and I watch the video at least once a wk. There is just something about it that just wont let me take a break from it...(good thing I like it so much I guess lol)
Same! I feel the same about Run. The MVs made me love those two songs even more. I feel like we don’t praise the guys enough for their acting in the BU videos. It’s so good to the point you can FEEL the character’s emotions throughout the storyline. 💜
They debuted as a hip-hop group and at first they all had to raise their shirts to show their abs then it was decided that it would only be Jimin. He was super embarrassed until he realised that the fans loved it and now, as I expect you know, the clothes come off at least once in a concert although now he usually only shows his muscled shoulders and a bit of tummy. They got in hot water with War of Hormone. Some people took it seriously and called it sexist but it was just an honest song about teenage boys. The best bit is Hobi saying he's going to pop his pimple. You need to watch the studio dance practice version where SUGA is banging his head on the studio ceiling. Save Me should be followed by I'm Fine as they are a pair. The stage version shows the graphic for Save Me turn round into I'm Fine which is such a touching song. Try this one th-cam.com/video/wu8D3numKlQ/w-d-xo.html Save Me was filmed in atrocious conditions in one take. The cameraman was a hero. There is a behind the scenes for it. I Need U shows their characters in the BU at both their happiest and at their lowest ebb. I'm sure that some kind ARMYs will lead you through the BU.
BTS debuted as a hip hop group. Why their earlier music is heavy hip hop. After 2yrs of their debut, I Need U was their turning point and rise to fame. Becoming the biggest group in the world.
Remember in the Introduction video we watched with you, it was mentioned that their style changed to a more softer, mature attitude early on? Just like life. I guess that’s why they’re so loved 🥰 by everyone. They touch the patterns of our lives no matter how old we are.
“I didnt expect this song to be as upbeat as it was based on the thumbnail”. I feel you, even the lyrics, BTS has a way for making emotional songs that slaps lol
For their first videos and during training their clothes came from thrift stores or were borrowed from staff members for the most part if you pay attention you will see different items of clothing used in different vids or dance practice vids..sometimes they cut off or shortened sleeves or turned pants into shorts, or sometimes the slogans/words are actually done with markers....They had it rough but they are golden now...They did without alot and deserve what they have now.
lol that story at the begining is so relatable. I'm in the midst of braiding my hair and its not done so I'm really not trynna be seen when I go out in public for groceries and stuff.😂
Watch the Behind the Scenes of "Save Me" to see how they filmed it in one shot. And they rehearsed in a rain storm. I was so surprised they all didn't get pneumonia!
Ugh. I Need U gets me every time! Seeing them all so sad and miserable. 😭 If you haven’t figured it out yet, it’s not really about a girl, it’s about friendship. The friends have something worthwhile when together, and have terrible depressing lives apart. They are better and stronger together. They need each other. 🥰
Yes you’re right about fake love!! there is a connection and you can pretty much found connections between all of their music videos that came out after i need you
To this day I don’t understand how people hated on woh! Like?? I listen to this song to hype myself up and as a woman I love hearing them call me perfect from head to toe🤷🏽♀️🫶🏽😅❤️❤️
You should react to BTS storyline to understand the real meaning of their MVs.There are hidden messages behind some songs like ; I need you , run , blood sweat & tears , euphoria , fake love , film out and more. You'll never understand by just reading the normal lyrics. Loved your reaction!!
Sorry but i have to disagree with that... BTS very cleverly make songs for anyone to enjoy and interpret their own meaning on face value without the need for the BU... its a deep dive and a complicated one at that... its ok to let people just enjoy them and their vast array of music without adding confusion to relatively new listeners... information overload is not for everyone some people actually find that direction very overwhelming and sometimes offputting when just getting to them.. we all have our own journey with respect 💜
Yes I agree if you have to understand and interpret the meaning behind the concepts of each era it has to follow a sequence atleast till You never walk alone. After that their BU started making less sense.
Jungkook fillls in for the rappers parts if one of them are sick or have trouble with their voice. Jimin was so sweet and lovely with his baby fat still in his face . They were so young here.
BTS was formed to be and debuted as a hip hop group. JK is the youngest and was 16 in international years when they debuted in 2013. Korea has a different system. A person is already 1 year of age on the day they are born. "I Need You" is the song that changed everything for them. There was no looking back after that.
HYYH or The most beautiful moment in life album is still a whole mystery itself and I need you is one of them, Armys make a lot of theories about this sometimes it's funny to watch but we're still waiting for it to be solved and finally Jin saved all the members including Yoonkook
There’s another song that is like the second half of “save me” and it’s called “I’m fine” and the songs go together …. And it’s a one shot mv for save me! I’m fine doesn’t have a music video though so you have to check out the live where they do them both back to back and see what I mean.
Jimins shirt up was in the choreography. They had to convince him to do it, he felt so shy. Now, look at him, ROFL. they didn't take off, IMHO because they were SO good, from a small company, they got blocked. Here's a hint, the block didn't work. Keep in mind, each album has a storyline and theme. This one was about young men growing up and well, They war raging hormones can create. The best way to listen to Save me, is Tiny Desk Concert.
I love Save Me, could watch and listen to it over and over! Watch the making of Save Me video, it was cold & rainy the day they shot it, but they kept going, love these guys!!!
YES, teenage raging hormones to a T! Takes me back to my High School days (1972 - 1976)! Of all their going hard, and beautiful vocal songs, which I love, War Of Hormone is my VERY favorite!!! Not gonna change my mind!!! 🥰🥰🥰💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💯💯💯
I totally agree with you... the BU is a commitment that brings a lot of confusion so its something that can be followed at a later time if you want to go down that route. Its your journey to take in your own way because as you said the songs stand up on their own to fully enjoy and appreciate for what they are while getting to know more about them 💜
Yes, you're correct about the parallels in Fake Love. :) Suga is always associated with fire in the storyline and Jimin with water, for reasons, heh. Technically the next part of the storyline is not a music video. It is a short film called On Stage Prologue. Then the music video Run is the third part of the storyline.
lmao the fact that the bike wheels don't move in war of hormone still crackes me up like how did they move the bike then and in save me the fact that its one take aswell like wtf that so cool
'War of Hormone' is just showing young boys don't know much about girls but starting to feel obsessed with them, it fit the concept. but haters used the lyrics to attack them saying they were spreading objectified women. RM wrote most of their songs' lyrics so he took it as his responsibility. he felt very guilty and even had suicidal thoughts during the time (around 2014-15, the darkest time) he wrote these feeling in a song released in 2016. and he talked about taking lots of female study classes after that and always has female staff read through his lyrics and give him feedback after that. i don't even feel the song has much sexual meaning towards women, and i feel very bad he had to go through those accuses. but im very proud of him for using it as an opportunity to learn more things, and also shows how serious he is about writing meaningful lyrics and spreading PC messages.
rj: I'm not going to get into the whole BT Universe storyline yet, I'm not ready for that also rj: *speculating about connections between mvs in the BTU as he stands on the edge of the rabbit hole, looking down* me: *looking up from the bottom of the rabbit hole* Watch that first step, it's a doozy :D
war of hormones is my top 10 fav song, its repeat value is insane u just never get bored!!! I actually likec tge lyrics too, ppl complicate it over analysing it..its very simple nd innocent
Still laughing at your reactions to JK & Jimin in NMD and everything about WoH - I love this song, haters totally spoiled the message. Glad to see it trending again too.
People feel like BTS were in their consciousness since ~2016/2017 because of DNA, which was the song that "introduced" them to the states. But the members [not all, but more or less] were living together since 2010 and and BTS the group debuted in 2013. Their hip hop concept was, at the time, considered passé in terms of the KPOP industry, but that was their strength and they added dance moves and improved their vocals as they went along. I Need U was a shift in their concept/tone, but from my perspective, their artistry/quality improved exponentially.
One of my favorites and yes in the beginning they were more rap focused they really started to get big in 2016.. I'm glad you started in the beginning.. Your journey will be so fun.. They got so much hate for this song yet I'm a woman and I freakin love this song💜💜
War of hormones is incredible and so much fun… haters made sure that they never performed it bc of all the drama with it. There’s literally no other songs like this in any of their other songs… it’s just pure facts where crazy young boys are extra when it comes to girls when they’re young… I love it and it’s such a good song and good choreo… it’s so sad man
War of Hormone is a whole thing. The boys got a lot of hate for the song, antis said it was sexist. While I’m non-binary, every single woman I’ve sent these lyrics to have found absolutely nothing wrong with them. At most they’ve said that the lyrics are cringey in the way teenage-hood often is and that it shows how boys become infatuated with the target of their affections. My mum even said it “it sounds like an ode to women to me. A very teenage and silly version of it, but it’s sweet’’. It was mostly BTS antis and fans of other K-pop groups who decided to blow the lyrics out of proportion at the beginning and then it stuck. Anyways, the song is basically a satire. A parody. They're basically making fun of boys and how they act during their teenage years. It's meant to be cringe-y and exaggerated. How anyone took the lyrics seriously when they talk about popping their pimples is absolutely beyond me. Literally, HOW? And even if it were somehow serious, the lyrics are basically an ode to women. Saying they're perfect and how men worship them. It's cheesy and cringe-y, but it's absolutely not misogynistic. Geez. Not only was WoH satire, but even in their "worst" moments, BTS have treated women better than most male celebrities. Still, I have huge respect for the way BTS (and specifically RM) reacted to this controversy. This was so ridiculous and yet they took it seriously and RM went on having his lyrics checked by professors of gender studies to make sure it's all ok. Honestly, this "controversy" wasn't really about this song being problematic. It was blown out of proportion specifically because it was BTS. Even in kpop, there have been a lot of groups that have done WAY worse and they weren't being cancelled over it. I don't think this was really fans being concerned about a real issue, but antis, who were looking for a reason to take BTS down. Sure, there could have been someone who genuinely felt uncomfortable for some reason, but I would say it would be very few people. Not nearly enough to cause a huge controversy. Especially not in an environment where way worse than this was daily bread. If this was any other group, no one would say a word. On a funny note, ARMY always says that WOH is the "straightest" BTS video/song and yet Jimin still gets slapped on the arse.
Day two with you and PHEW you're going for some big hitters together! I'm sure you delved deeper into Spring Day... no more dream is indeed a real look 🤣RM had dreadlocs until right before debut it was intense...SUGA drew the short straw in the comeback later that year I feel (made a stylist mad perhaps?) check out the stage with Block B when he had ginger braids and a pink boa 👀 they were 15 (JK) 17 (V & Jimin) 18 (RM), 19 (j-hope) and 20 (SUGA & Jin) in international age at this debut point. Babies! As others have said, yep they were a K-hop group at this point really, they branched out musically so much from this point but they had two "real rappers" leading the way with Bang PD so it's still a strong foundation even now I think: they kinda pioneered the genre-less music we see nowadays too. War of hormone, oh man they were slated for this back in the day but I love the song and MV, even more if you've seen American Hustle life and their actual reactions to living women 😅 they are the most respectful and shy bunch of guys pretending to be bad boys, it's very endearing. Save Me- still my fav BTS song and what an awesome one-shot video... it's sister song is I'm Fine, I have the tattoo of the two reversed to show my BTS love. I hope you've checked it out in a subsequent video! I agree with you, BS&T, DNA and Save Me all hold up over time and that's the result of real collaboration and musicianship. That's why I'm 42 and super into their music after years of live shows and travelling all over the world for music: BTS are a cut above, for sure. Kpop isn't enough to describe them, no shade to other groups but these are special.
Hi, they started as a Hip-Hop Group with Big Hit, a small, nearly bankrupt company with no connections, but look at them now -- way bigger than the Big Three Companies. 💜
This reminds me that I used to be obsessed with them during their I Need U era. And the theories abt their iconic mvs. Looking forward to your journey in discovering their older songs!
BTS did not get the air play in the U.S.until the last few years. Love the rapping in the early days - JK wow!!! Love your rapping in War of Hormones. They exploded 2017-2019 but then the pandemic hit. So all tours had to be cancelled just as they began to climb to the top. Wished all of their music could have been seen and heard in the U.S. so people could really see all of their talents! Most don’t even know any of these early songs.
omg the story!!! honestly people always speak to you at the WORST moments like it's always that ONE time you look a mess and don't wanna be spoken to 😭 atp i feel like they do it on purpose bc they know we're trying to avoid them LMAO
“The baby is rapping” 😆😆 “The boys are horny” 😂😂😂😂 Pay attention to who you see paired up from here on in videos. Also yes the fire and water are all connected. This video as with all of your videos was a delight. Thank you

Btw no more dream lyrics are a must!! All their* old lyrics are about society issues and what teenagers go through.

Jimin - in the bathtub burning a photo, he seems in distress and scared, tries to drown himself
V - catches his dad (the dad is the alcoholic one, not V) abusing his sister, in anger and adrenaline attacks his dad and accidentally kills him
Jungkook - gets into street fights, seems to not care about anything (depression), ends up being hit by a car at the end
The instrumental that was playing in the beggining of the I NEED U music video is actually a full song titled "Love is not Over"!
I love "Love is not over", both the Outro and the Full length version
That song is so beautiful and romantic
5:28 yep that baby can rap like monster, our golden maknae who is perfect at almost everything non other than Jeon Jungkook
I love how you saw the positive side of War Of Hormone... they don't perform this song anymore because of some accusations, but you know what? ARMYs are charting this song recently (and the long list of their other songs)
It deserve to be on the charts. It is one of my favorites.
War of Hormones is what got me into BTS.
Fun fact:- ‘Save Me' was a one shot video and the boys literally rocked💖💪🏻
hahhaha I can't stop laughing at that "the baby is rapping!" 🤣
Btw, I find them sooo cute at their debut song 😊💜
I heard that when V was performing in this video (and they were still newbies), one of the directors/producers said V had the most natural and photogenic presence in front of a camera he’s ever seen. Agreed. The only time he looked slightly awkward was when he had to hug the girl 😂

@@victoriab98 I will respect your opinion. However my opinion:
1) I do agree that are taking positively about women for the most part
2) while I do not think that men should think some lines they way that they did about women, but I think it is an important topics that needs to be talked about, especially with younger people. I think it fits well with BTS bringing awareness and to make sure parents etc. teach their kids this…
3) personally I don’t have a problem with it but I respect people who do and understand why they might not like it.
I NEED U GURRRRRRLLLLL! My jams!
issa bop!
War of Hormone is a hidden gem, i love it so much.
I like that song a lot. Glad to see it charting now!!
I’m so glad u love War of hormone.. u got the meaning for this song.. we ARMY love this song, the haters specially the other group’s fans using misogyny to hate on this song so they stopped performing this… sad cause we wanted to see this live…
Pls I can't with your story and at the "who are you Jimin?" 😂
31:40 wait- you actually got that right, I'm impressed . You understand really fast as a baby army
go me! lol
The baby is rapping💜😂 yes the baby raps too, only sometimes nowadays. I loved your reaction, I laughed a lot with war of hormone and agreed with you regarding the lyrics.
If you think the war of hormones lyrics are wild just wait until you find out about the rappers solo music😭
It's fascinating seeing people see BTS from Dynamite and Butter first, then backtrack to their earliest albums and it's always , "woah!" 😂
Regarding their styling from No More Dream being more uniform compared to their current styles... there's really nothing to it, they didn't have money then!
In No More Dream, I Jungkook was 15. Jin was 20. Everyone else in between.
Jungkook- 15
V-17
Jimin-17
RM-18
J-Hope- 19
Suga- 20
Jin-20
I'm a women, 27 and War of Hormone is still one of their best songs in my opinion. I didn't even know it was cancelled, when I found out months after first listening to it I was shocked. Its so sad that they don't perform it 😟
Save me and I need U are two of my favorite songs of theirs. You gotta listen to I’m Fine, it goes with Save Me 💜
"I Need U" is part of the BTS Universe storyline. Enjoy!!!
Hi I’ve always wanted to watch them in right order to understand it better, if u don’t mind could u tell me the order the mvs go in for the stroyline?
Your reaction to War of Hormone was hilarious, your face during the whole thing was priceless! LOL That was very entertaining!
Early Jimin always hurts my heart a little bit, because he was expected to project this hypermasculine image that really wasn't who he is at all. I always felt "Lie" was a response to that. I'm glad he's able to be his full self now!
save me has a "continuation", years later in their album love yourself: answer they released I'm fine where the lyrics and beat it's kinda connected
It is reversed.. so funny to think you can hear the melody from save me if you listening to reversed im fine
The I Need U song and mv just has a special place in my heart. Idk, the music, their acting, the storyline... It's almost magical.
'The Baby is rapping' 🤣🤣💜💜 i dont know why but i felt that .
Yes you’re right about fake love!! there is a connection and you can pretty much found connections between all of their music videos that came out after i need you
The BTS storyline is goated fr! Like it had me in a death grip for so long and it’s honestly so good!
To this day I don’t understand how people hated on woh! Like?? I listen to this song to hype myself up and as a woman I love hearing them call me perfect from head to toe🤷🏽♀️🫶🏽😅❤️❤️
You should react to BTS storyline to understand the real meaning of their MVs.There are hidden messages behind some songs like ;
I need you , run , blood sweat & tears , euphoria , fake love , film out and more.
Yes Jimin baby fat face is the cutest and V growl voice in there early songs are also the best 👍💯
BTS was formed to be and debuted as a hip hop group. JK is the youngest and was 16 in international years when they debuted in 2013. Korea has a different system. A person is already 1 year of age on the day they are born.
"I Need You" is the song that changed everything for them. There was no looking back after that.
BTS was brilliant from the beginning.
It’s the eyeliner man. Thats what make all the differents
HYYH or The most beautiful moment in life album is still a whole mystery itself and I need you is one of them, Armys make a lot of theories about this sometimes it's funny to watch but we're still waiting for it to be solved and finally Jin saved all the members including Yoonkook
IMO, Jimin has had the greatest glow up over the years! 💜
Never get tired of BTS’s songs….and it’s fun to see a new army’s reaction like this one…
There’s another song that is like the second half of “save me” and it’s called “I’m fine” and the songs go together …. And it’s a one shot mv for save me! I’m fine doesn’t have a music video though so you have to check out the live where they do them both back to back and see what I mean.
Fake love and INU are connected in their storyline which is why there’s elements of it in Fake Love lol
"Boy meets ?" is a preview of "Intro: Boy meets Evil", the song used as "comeback trailer" for the following album, "Wings"
Yesss!! I’m loving your journey. I can’t wait to see your reactions to some of their b-sides, mixtapes releases, solos and soundcloud releases!
I’m enjoying your journey and genuine reactions to our beloved BTS. Your insightful and thoughtful commentary is very appreciated.
Aaahh.. Baby Bangtans!!! Never gets old!!!
Lots of similar responses below but basically if you search, there are English subs for EVERYTHING BTS. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Enjoyed your genuine reaction to these videos! Baby bangtan is really so good !
that is why we love BTS, it has its own universe... cue I NEED YOU and SAVE ME
I totally agree with you... the BU is a commitment that brings a lot of confusion so its something that can be followed at a later time if you want to go down that route. Its your journey to take in your own way because as you said the songs stand up on their own to fully enjoy and appreciate for what they are while getting to know more about them 💜
Yes, you're correct about the parallels in Fake Love. :)
Suga is always associated with fire in the storyline and Jimin with water, for reasons, heh.
I can understand the shock 😂😂. When I started becoming an Army back in 2013, I never knew how deep I've jumped into the rabbit hole.
Don't know if anyone mentioned this, but the instrumental playing at the beginning of I Need U's music video is their song called Love Is Not Over.
Did you know that Itzy's Yuna and Ryujin made (acted) a cameo appearance in Bts's storyline ?
oh were? had no idea
rj: I'm not going to get into the whole BT Universe storyline yet, I'm not ready for that
also rj: *speculating about connections between mvs in the BTU as he stands on the edge of the rabbit hole, looking down*
me: *looking up from the bottom of the rabbit hole* Watch that first step, it's a doozy :D
they do go as hard to this day. for example, ugh on their map of the soul: 7 album is one of their hardest songs.
The piano at the beginning of I Need U is from Love Is Not Over by BTS
I need u-song which started bu universe, bu universe fictional storyline which runs thru the mv's, beautiful story
war of hormones is my top 10 fav song, its repeat value is insane u just never get bored!!! I actually likec tge lyrics too, ppl complicate it over analysing it..its very simple nd innocent
I am glad to see it being charted now!! It deserves it!
At this point, I'm thriving for your BTS reactions HAHAHA. I love this
Still laughing at your reactions to JK & Jimin in NMD and everything about WoH - I love this song, haters totally spoiled the message. Glad to see it trending again too.
No more dream lyrics is a must!!!
Thanks to the hate they received, they changed how the write songs. Works out better for the group. Songs that is left up to personal interpretation..
'I Need U' Is the first won an award show since their debut
I think they won awards before that, but I Need U was their first music show award.
@@crystalsnow1138 i am not sure about that may be
No more dream was at the beginning of their careers. You're right they look like babies😀
We want more BTS reaction
Your changing face every 2 seconds for war of hormone was priceless 😆
war of the hormone is my favorite bts song as it is just pure fun
I’m so glad you’re enjoying these videos!
Hi, they started as a Hip-Hop Group with Big Hit, a small, nearly bankrupt company with no connections, but look at them now -- way bigger than the Big Three Companies. 💜
Thank you for recognizing the brilliance of War of Hormone!
😂
Your expression during No More Dream: Jung-shook😄
War of Hormone: when V realized he was sexy, and weaponized it
War of hormone is so funny, I love this song
They're Our Future World Phenomen!!!!!!!🤩💐😍 Amazing 😄 Right 😊!!!!!!!!! Thank you Lovely 🌹 Sir 😘
The piano part of I need you is part of another song from the same album
Outro: Love is not over
Is so beautiful 💜
“The baby is rapping” 😆😆
“The boys are horny” 😂😂😂😂
Pay attention to who you see paired up from here on in videos. Also yes the fire and water are all connected. This video as with all of your videos was a delight. Thank you
