- I install a set of the new Autobeam LED Tail lights for my Ford Focus RS!
The Autobeam LED Tail lights kit consists of 2 fully made up and upgraded rear tail light housings that are true plug and play replacements for the OEM units! These replacement LED light housings not only look super cool with futuristic styling from a sweet interior layout as well as a smoked finish, they are also super easy to install!
Speaking of the plug and play design, these LED Tail lights are a simple swap being a fully made up tail light unit, done to match the OEM housing - very handy indeed and can be done in minutes!
The OEM tail lights are liked by some and disliked by others. Those who dislike them, often point to how red the overall unit is as well as not liking the individual bulbs showing through.
Autobeam have addressed these concerns with these fully integrated and upgraded LED tail lights with a complete removal of the redness, in its place now stealthy smoked appearance, and then with the LEDs, all the light components are full LED and integrated into the housing for a completely seamless look!
Another major upgrade that Autobeam has provided is by giving the units sequential indicators. This was not possible with the OEM tail lights so a brighter, nicer colour on/off LED bulb was the only way to upgrade previously.
Some enthusiasts may recognise the mouldings of these tail lights and this is because Autobeam use the same mouldings as other manufacturers who offer a cheaper version, but the moulding is where the similarities stop. Autobeam's electronics so all the wiring and LEDs themselves are custom from Autobeam as are other aspects including the sealant and lens material, so with these LED Tail lights from Autobeam, you are getting the best quality out there!
This quality is proven by the fact that these are E Marked and MOT-compliant. Most companies selling these are not (even if they state that they are, Autobeam have the actual certificates).
In this video, I show you how to install the new Autobeam LED Tail lights, as well as showing the new units in action in my MK3 Ford Focus RS, focusing on night time operation to really see them shine!
Installation is pretty quick and straightforward and I am very impressed with the performance of the new LED Tail lights - they do exactly what Autobeam say they will do and look epic while doing so!

Another great video as usual Adam. They certainly give the RS a whole new look at the rear. I’ve swapped all my ST180’s bulbs to AB. They are very good quality and really really bright!

Hi Adam. I definitely like the auto beam black taillights that you have installed on your RS. I’ve watched your video several times. Can you tell me if that is cushioning that is visible as you install the units? If so, does it come with the taillights or did you add this yourself? I have read some of the previous comments sent to you regarding the ghost immobiliser causing possible problems. I have a ghost immobiliser fitted to my car. I am a little apprehensive about ordering them since reading this. Thanking you in advance. Robert Darling.
@@RobertDarling-x1b it is indeed cushioning, a sort of dense foam. It comes attached to the lights, I didn't add anything extra

They look so cool I've had mine about 14months still going ok not from AB I like the sounds of the changing colours like the mustang it's a shame AB haven't done anything about the day time running lights 2 make them change there pretty boring just white nice job again Adam 😀

Nice 1 Adam i bought my rear lights off ebay unfortunately some times my number plate light dont eork when my lights are on i wish AB would do something with the front daytime running lights for the focus so u can change the colour they do this 4 the fiesta Mk7 & 8
I bought some similar couple of years ago. They just didn’t work with the rest of my LEDs. Just thought they had something wrong with them. Wish these had been available at the time. They do look good.
Only one issue in day light they don’t seem as bright as my current Autobeam bulbs. Maybe it was the video.
I had those in cheap on my car, looked great but broke after a couple of months. Definetly giving the Autobeam once a shot!
I’d bet money they’re the same as the ones you had. Find if hard to believe a small UK based company has the manufacturing facility to produce these. It’ll be drop shipped.

E-Mark is an approval marking that indicates the product meets the requirements of ECE regulations.
Headlights E-mark approved are legal in Europe union states. It is illegal if you sell or use a headlight without E-mark in Europe

However… after my purchase.. installed them..
But having issues with indicators flashing super fast…. I do have a ghost immobilser fitted… once ghost code is entered. They start to flash fast

@@martinneal1909I wouldn't assume that your ghost is the issue, like I can't work out why that would do anything to your lights. Just keep bombarding the messenger until they respond

Are they Autobeam highest resistance?
They have got back to me saying it could be the resistance in the front indicators
@@martinneal1909 yea my front indicators are the high resistance autobeam and then headlights are autobeam performance led d3s. Currently stock h1 cornering bulb but that will change soon
How do you change the start up colour mine starts up with a rainbow effect

We have never made any focus RGB tail lights.If you are regarding the Fiesta ones you can unplug the connector on the back to disable the start up.
