Very good. I've had the watch5 for about a month and turned on Google Assistant first thing. I didn't like Bixby on my phone and didn't think I would on the watch. Now I'm rethinking it. Bixby is better at starting watch apps and I think I may use that feature on the watch more than the information GA is providing for my watch use. Your video has been very helpful. I'm going to try Bixby for a week.

I hate to be a Captain Obvious, but this is like comparing sport drive too over drive and saying sport is faster.. No shit ... Bixby isn't designed like Google Assistant. Bixby is a short cut for all the phone or watch functions.
Wouldn't you also need WiFi for Google assist? At least Bixby has the phone connection. I'm just learning on my very new watch galaxy 5, so just presuming much at this stage.

at 1:56 why the call is not made from watch? why it has been transferred to phone, this is same with me when ever the phone is in my pocket and i ask to call it transfers tha call to my phone

I don’t why all the hate for Bixby, according to this comparison it even does better than google assistant.
I don't hate Bixby, I just think GA is better for me. One tuber is keeping both, on his watch, and uses them depending upon which does it better.

i just changed home button double press to open bixby, and long press to open google assistant

Assistant will always have the advantage because of all the Google services and search engine. But Bixby has come a long way.

Bixy is trash for search, but better for controls at an a samsung ecosystem level. Google assistant is the everything else.

I don't consider "answering questions" a job for an assistant. An assistant DOES THINGS for me. Sadly, nobody does assistants correctly.

When I start setting the Google assistant on Watch 5 it says go to phone, starts setting in the phone and says can't download device data
