I am a health care professional ,Dentist, with excellent writing skills and a sound knowledge in Medicine. I want to know if I can work from India, I am an Indian national.
I have seen new south hampshire university, online medical writing costing around 2000 dollars for 6 months, but before signing up for it , i want to know if the medical writing market take up freelancers from India as well for freelancing or do we need to belong and have an education from US or UK to freelance for them?

Great question, I recommend you ask New South Hampshire University if their course teaches you what you need to enter a UK or US market as a medical writer. From my experience, it is possible to work for a UK or US client if your location is India and you have a portfolio or writing samples to show your skills. I like to believe that everything in life is possible, so there is a market, the hard part is finding the client - there is no shortcut to this, I would recommend you start sending people messages to build relationships and improve future job prospects. I do have starter, more affordable, courses here if you want to check them out: writeclinic.thinkific.com/collections

Do you need to be published beforehand or can you just have writing that you've done in your own time?
