Any chance you know where this located on a 2011 Ford Fusion "SPORT" 3.5 v6??I cant find it anywhere. Nowhere near the throttle body or around it, Any help is greatly appriciated. Thank you!!
After replacing this part how long did it take for the check engine light to go off
It depends. You can always have the code erased.
Would this sensor or solenoid be referred to as the canister vent solenoid Code P0443 any help thanks

Do you have to clear codes or will they clear on there own when the new valve is installed
If you don't clear them they should clear within a few drive cycles..... If you fixed the problem.
What should this cost at a auto shop
Will a bad valve cause poor engine performance??
It could in some cases.
I have got P0451 on my ford edge 2009, i have been told its the purge valve, do you think it will fix my issue for p0451?
I'd suggest speaking to a tech that has looked it over and properly diagnosed it. Only so much I can answer here.
