@@bahngchahn_ Nah nah, thats hard cope. First off he would suck in auto which is obvious. Secondly, skill points are like the most useful resource you have every battle. It not only is the most important part of a character's kit, it also gives them more Energy for their Ult than using basic attack. So you gotta ask yourself, if it's worth sacrificing a potential faster ult charge for other character's like Bronya, or a timely shield or cleanse in MoC contents. He's a dps character that can just forwards himself alone a couple turns. This "big brain user only" cope thing has to stop. This is why Blade is a great DPS character, he's skill point positive and can benefit from alot of support since they're more free to spend the Skill points. DHI is literally just a character that "can dps faster" but not necessarily better.

Pela and Tingyun seem to be the best teammates for him, Pela doesn't need to use her skill, and she gives up to 40% Def shred, While Tingyun gives flat attack which isn't as good as Dmg dealt from Bronya, but you only use a Skill Point every 3 turns, making her much more efficient than Bronya, who eats SP every turn. Tingyun's Ult is probably one of the best buffs for him. Yukong is more of a meme, she eats a skill point for a good buff, but, at E6, if she's just before Cold Dragon Young, her Ult lets you skip using 1 SP, to get her Skill and Crit from Ult every like, 2-3 turns. Still somewhat economic.
Bronya is best with Seele or Blade, not an SP hungry character like Danny Hung.
But Clara is actually a fine teammate if you want a sub-DPS/semi-tank. She doesn't need to use SP.
I think a lot of people don't understand how to use Yukong the easy way, which is why people call her a meme. She is not supposed to be played like other harmony units, by mainly providing buff. She is supposed to be built like a sub dps and rely on her normal + talent to do NA until her ult is charged, then you use her skill only before ult. You don't have to play her as an sp neutral character, she is better played sp positive, as her normal atks are powerful enough to forgo casting E multiple times. And you time her ult with your main dps ult.
You can go with either Yukong or Bronya, just build your team right. Will be more expensive, but with a better return.
I'm running e6 Yukong with the Asta lightcone at s5 and it works great. Passive 36% img damage at all times, free buff with her ult and her skill is good for whenever you have a spare skill point from IL's ult.

I got Welt for a 2nd time on the banner, too. But I did manage to get Dan Heng but in return I gave up everything. So, I’ll have to skip Fu Xuan, despite the fact I really like both of them. If I could, I’ll try to get the signature lightcone for Dan Heng before the end, hopefully.

Based on what I gathered from using him during the companion quest, not sure what is equipped or what eidolon he is in that, but he gets nearly half of his ult back from a 3x boosted attack. His ult lets him use it for free. So with ER rope and possibly wherever else you can get energy regen plus an e6 tingyun, r.i.p., if possible then he can practically ult and triple basic spam. Maybe add an e1 bailu with 1 of the like 2 ER light cone to give him more. It may require a turn of him just basic attacking but that doesn't seem bad seeing as if played perhaps incorrectly you will be SP hungry. If you are able to spam his ult then you could use like tingyun, bronya, bailu and still use their skills.
I have him at e0 and no sig LC yet and he still ult way too often, like 2-3 turn per ult with e0 tingyun

@biwnzixebrxb4786 I mean sure, but my point was giving energy to Dan heng. Not sure what's special about e4 asta. If it's what you have then it's what you have. The LC is good in general to help with SP consumption.
Avg out the damage by skill points doesnt really mean his dmg numbers are "fair". He is still doing 100k+ dmg EVERY TURN, as opposed to a seele doing that much only on her ults every 2-3 turns. I.e, Dan. Heng IL is basically like having 3 seeles on your team. Of course, 3 seeles + 2 support + 1 healer would out damage 1 seele + 2 support + 1 healer. The tradeoff between this insane dps (damage over turn) is that he has less number of viable team comps because having 3 seeles means 3 extra sp needed each turn. But he definitely still out-damages any other character in the game.
To top it off, Topaz deals more damage than Seele by just using BA, she can generate sp and out damages Seele by just BA.

His advantage is that he has the capability to dump SP for damage. Any other dps can’t spend that much SP if they tried. The SP that would normally go to supports go to IL instead.
@@marielgalicha8548I guess on Topaz it's kinda fair because of her mechanic, if She hits a marked enemy she does a Follow up attack with her pet, the mark is random on default, but you can choose who you want to mark with her skill, so her skill is like Tingyun you only really need to use skill if it ran out, and she does like 11 attacks in a BA, that's only single target tho, you know what nevermind the powercrept in this game is fucking stupid.

I did pretty decent damage(like 9k, lesser than 10k) against lv75 enemies with just being lv 60 with lv60 under the blue sky LC.. with scuffed relics (4* with 1 5* relics)

IL cant be easily powercrept cause weakness is a thing in this game, it will take a long time to release a imaginary DPS and even then erudition and hunt are below destruction units imo. Plus, this isn't pvp where a character counters what character.

Anyone else find it a little weird that there's no button to change regular Dan into super Dan? Like with the trailblazer. We can now put Dan on a team with himself even if it is a terrible idea.

it depends, i have him E2S1 and the energy you get from his lightcone is rlly nice cos it lets you exploit his E2 a lot more as it lets you get your ult back faster. however if you have tingyun, she can help solve any energy issues you may have (my tingyun is tied to jing yuan so she can’t be on his team). fu xuan is most likely going to be the best sustain unit in the game and if your teams for moc or su are lacking that, then you should just go for her instead of his lightcone :)

What a day. I was not pulling for Dan Heng IL but for e6 yukong but got a 5star on my first pull after pulling for Kafka. Sadly it was bailu. and 36 pulls later I got Dan Heng IL. I was saving for Fu Xuan for my Seele. Instead of getting e6 yukong i got 2 copies of asta instead. I dont know if I should happy or not...

S1 Clara is worse than both of them so it might be close to 17-20% worse than his Signature LC . Does that answer your question genius? All it takes is a simple TH-cam search to find these details.

Give him Tingyun, Pela and Gepard all SP positive supports and make them fast, like 134+ speed. After that just use atk% boots on Dan Heng, with this you can do 3x BA every turn. If you are still not able to then that's a skill issue nothing more

From what I've seen Blade is better than him, I already have Seele, Blade, Silver Wolf and Luocha. Then I'll wait for Fu Xuan for mono quantum and never have to worry again.
