Some tips and tricks from league player who also trying dota some times..... (sry for eng not native speaker) 1) Items in dota is your secondary abilities. Don't forget to use it. For example orchid silence enemy for a couple of seconds(basically 5th ability in your kit) or BKB which is Olaf ult with 50% magical damage resistance. AND don't forget about neutral ones which often also have some active ability 2) there's many objects on the map for example lotus pool which gave you heal/mana every 4 min or runes with multiple effects (give you: gold exp Regen speed invisibility etc...) 3) 3 dota basic mechanics missing in league what blow your mind You should deny ANY ally(creeps towers EVEN HEROES) to prevent enemy's getting exp/gold by A clicking or change settings to able right click your allies You can pull(hit and run) jungle creeps to your lane so ally minions start fighting with them and unable to go to lane(try this then struggle denying under enemy tower) You can pull neutral (whats how jungle creeps cold in dota) when they are respawning (every minute) so game counts that camp is clear and spawn new creeps. NOW THERE'S ARE 2 jng camps in one spot and you can do it infinitely. What's how supports boost his carry farming and even have tax for doing that(ofc if enemy farm this you get nothing but a blame from your teammates😂) You can find these mechanics on TH-cam 4) you should set and use your key binds for controlling multiple hero(meepo) or creeps (lucan) so your dota experience will be full. You just can't play clone/summoners properly without them and there are lots of such heroes Check guide for this (also there's lots of useful settings ) 5) some heroes can blow your mind easily. You already tried( without even 10% potential) meepo but there's Arc warden who creates PERFECT clone able to cast all abilities and items(2 times orchid for example), use tp, farm, fight when original is dead. Tinker who's ult reset ALL cooldowns after 3 sec. You think flash every 15 sec was op? How about 3 sec? He can tp to ANY ally every 3 sec. He can stun/silence/hex(lulus polimorph)/eul(zhonya) you every 3 sec each. And rubick (sylas but can steal every spell not only ult) with aganim septer (can "steal" 2 abilities instead of 1) can use both tinker ult and Zeus ult(karthus ult) combine. Now he stands on he's base and damaging all enemy's every 3 sec. If you are shocked watch TZAR POTATO video's for more stuff. Maybe write more tips and tricks next time Thanks for reading))
And try to use heroes on there main role cause for example you can't understand kayn/kha zix gameplay on supports. And if you want to stay in dota more try to play support properly. You can't just pressing buttons and win games on supps (except you play on skymage ofc😅)
The Abaddon gameplay clearly displays why you shouldn't do these heroes blind. Abaddon can work as both support or core, but you went in blind and then grabbed support items, which given how abaddon is universal means his base attack is abysmal, then tried to lasthit with that base 45, rather than the effective base 64 you'd have gotten from quelling blade+tango+2x circlet+2x branch. It's also worth mentioning that the default guides are often woefully outdated, and support Abaddon should usually build holy locket+guardian greaves (urn can work in some games, not in that one) into a lategame scepter, and act as a potent heal/dispel bot, and that you failed to realize apothic shield is by far Abaddon's best early ability, (and proceeded to max it last) or that mist coil's ideal use involves you shielding yourself, so the self-harm is either immediately reflected or builds up towards popping it for the damage burst. Also, the curse of avernus passive, if you're playing as a support, best works as an attack speed buff for your cores, and if you're laning with a zeus building as core you're doing little to benefit him.
30:33 A very common play in Dota that isn't possible in league is to just TP home if you are dying if the enemy has no stun. Once monkey king used his only stun you would have been free to just double tap T to TP to fountain and if he can't DPS you down in 3 seconds you are safe. Just an option to keep in mind as it doesn't exist in LoL but is very common in Dota. (you ended up getting away anyways cause he was bad but just letting you know)
Actually Teleport plays are pretty common in league! And super funny. Same issue within DOTA. You get stunned, that shit gone. I feel it's more COMMON in dota though because Teleport is a spell that isn't as accessible as the scrolls

Dealing lots of damage and being a support are not excludent factors. You can be both. Bieng one doesn't disable you from being the other. SUpport, Carry, Offlane are, ultimately, roles that you perform in match instead of a set in stone way to use the hero. You can play Ancient apparition as suport or as a mid core. You can be a damage dealer as a support too, if your skills are fir for playing support on the current meta, that is.
You were using chat wheels instead of pinging. for pings the default is ALT + LEFT click on the map wherever you want to ping. There are different kind of pings too.

50:46 it's literally written under on the left with big bold letters, CHOOSE YOUR FACET. There are two, so yes, Facet 2 is quite literally the second facet, the one you picked.
I heard it just didnt remember it
@@Tumultulous yeh. A hero can change drastically how they play and their function based on the facet they pick. Often times there is a “best one at moment” but it is a thing.
i just remember that back then there used to be "all hero challenge" feature which is randomize. you have to win to continue to next hero.. i tried to find it today, it seems it dont exists anymore. but i know few people that has completed that achievement. i was stucked on IO and gave up. lol
It is still in the game.
They have it but its random and not alphabetized
Hmm, good start, improvment has been noticed, with chat's help you will succeded. Best of luck and once you are going to do B heros leave brewmaster as the last hero since he is triple complex level. Best of luck Tumu
So far i've done Beastmaster, Broodmother, and i've REVIEWED Brewmaster but when i got in game the game was dc'd so i haven't gotten to manage his ult D:
@@Tumultulousbrew is half-tough, ult is challenging to execute at max potential but the rest of his kit is manageable
In first Game Al abaddom lo armaste como support lo jugaste como Carry xd jaja es de mis favoritos, sigue con este challeng ❤
¡Sí, lo amo más como distribuidor de daños! ¡Gracias!
I hope you rate the heores too after playing them according to complexity for a new player and how much you liked playing the hero.
Im currently ranking them based on how much i like them. But i intend to do a "how easy they are to learn" type tier list too
Bro got 1 lh in alche kinds hurt me inside but it's okay part of learning 😁😁
Dealing lots of damage and being a support are not excludent factors. You can be both. Bieng one doesn't disable you from being the other. SUpport, Carry, Offlane are, ultimately, roles that you perform in match instead of a set in stone way to use the hero. You can play Ancient apparition as suport or as a mid core. You can be a damage dealer as a support too, if your skills are fir for playing support on the current meta, that is.
I just like his silly E attack distance

-Using W to scout map-
_Using ULT to scout map ✅_ 😂
Not bad for 1st play 😂
IT GOES FARTHER DOWN THE LANE xD
The moment we have all been waiting for..
You were using chat wheels instead of pinging. for pings the default is ALT
+ LEFT click on the map wherever you want to ping. There are different kind of pings too.
Ive learned to ping since, but i still do prefer leagues ping system
Nice title
Hahaaha thanks xD
what happened to your aghs scepter first game 😂

LOOK I THOUGHT YOU COULD SEARCH ITEMS BY KEY PHRASES
where is Arc warden?
Thats why thid video is Part 1!
Lol this was good.
to ping just click ALT left click it will ping and alert your teammates
sorry i just realized it 😂
what i meant is left click i was wrong when you press alt for so long it will show a wheel you can choose what you want to ping
why turbo though
@@GurneroMaelstrom i always q for both turbo and norms. Whatever happens first happens. Also it doesnt matter
bro you complaining off waiting 2 minutes on the queue.... you certainly never waited 35 minutes queing for a game in LOL then. If i take 3 minute to queue in dota im thanking it.
35 minutes? that never happens lol. Here in eu qs are at most 2-3min.
Yeahhhh that never happens. Not even on the worst of days
I hard reccomend NOT play them in turbo.
The tempo of turbo is terrible for new players to learn.
Farmer bois (not a farmer boi) make do
damn audio... had to skip to min 40. too hard to watch
Try editing it LOL
audio is scuff af HAHAH
Nothing gets past this guy! :D
Bro the sound of the game is too loud, cant hear you at all
Reeeeeeaaaaaddddding is your friend :D
"Mom can we watch Grubby do the Dota A-Z"
"No we have dota A-Z at home"
Dota A-Z at home: Tumultulos.
Seriously though if your going to do the A-Z put the time in to do it well. Use demo mode on each hero to learn about them first, dont read the skills in game, its such a silly way to do it. This seires has such potentail if its done properly a real growth in the channel potentailly. I had not even heard of Grubby before he did his Dota2 A-Z.
@@alexandercummins Already recorded but ya wont see it till Brewmaster
Bro, when picking in the talent tree, just press 1 or 2
@@alphadelapena9087 that makes the video look waaaay less i interesting. Also. No
