Buy Sealed Nectar(life history of prophet Mohammad) ,Sahih international Quran,Tafseer of Maulana Maududi ,Hadith Bukhari all these will benefit u a lot.You can watch stories of prophets by Mufti Menk on youtube.On you tube Mufti Menk,Yassir Qadi,Umar Suleiman,Bilal Assad ,Abdul Raheem Green,Nouman Ali khan etc will teach u from authentic sources.

I recommend the Way to the Quran and Riyadus Saliheen which is a book of hadith if you dont want to read all the hadiths

Hey um,I found out that we shouldn’t animate characters because it’s haram! Not to be rude but.
Just wanted to make it clear that I’m not necessarily recommending the AUTHORS of these books. I’m not sure what all of their aqeedah looks like and have not researched them. I am merely recommending these particular books because I enjoyed them. A few people have messaged me saying the character of a few authors of these books are questionable (like the author of Enjoy your life or Purification of the Heart), but I just wanted to make it public that I am not speaking about how good the authors are but purely the books! The only authors that I specifically recommended in this video is Brother Imam Ibn Kathir and Muhammad Al Jilbaly. JazakAllahuKhayran everyone.
Salaam Alaikum. I'm not a Muslim, but I've done a bit of research into Islam and other religious traditions. I respect your choice to follow your religion, but I'm not so sure it's a good idea to recommend Imam Ibn Kathir. I was shocked and saddened by the hate speech in his Tafsir. To quote his commentary on Quran 9.29-30,
"Therefore, Muslims are not allowed to honor the people of Dhimmah or elevate them above Muslims, for they are miserable, disgraced and humiliated. [Sahih] Muslim recorded from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet said, 'Do not initiate the Salam to the Jews and Christians, and if you meet any of them in a road, force them to its narrowest alley.' This is why the Leader of the faithful `Umar bin Al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, demanded his well-known conditions be met by the Christians, these conditions that ensured their continued humiliation, degradation and disgrace.......
Fighting the Jews and Christians is legislated because They are Idolators and Disbelievers: Allah the Exalted encourages the believers to fight the polytheists, disbelieving Jews and Christians, who uttered this terrible statement and utter lies against Allah, the Exalted. As for the Jews, they claimed that `Uzayr [Ezra] was the son of God, Allah is free of what they attribute to Him. As for the misguidance of Christians over `Isa, it is obvious. This is why Allah declared both groups to be liars."
I really don't think that any author who writes this kind of hate speech should be recommended or listened to at all. It just fuels extremism. Imagine someone who speaks about Muslims the way he does about Jews and Christians. Even if the other things he wrote are good, this level of hatred brings his aqeedah into question.

my mother tongue is arabic and I find Quran translation by Yusuf Ali so special it echoes the original in a way I can't explain, maybe he's done it with a pure heart and what comes from the heart it reaches the hearts

-The Methodology of the Prophets in Calling to Allah. - Shaykh Rabee Ibn Haadee.

Assalam alaikum dear sister if you want to learn the deen this is some of the Best Books which will benefit your duniya and aakhirah is Kitab ut Tawheed, Usool Ath Thalatha by Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab, The Sealed Nector the seerah of our prophet Sallallahu alaihi wasallam... its a must to buy and please learn dear sisters as it will help you learn the first and most basic important thing and that is Tawheed and second book is the three fundamental principles...without tawheed no good deeds will be accepted so its very important to learn these books. Jazak Allahu Khairan.

I'm Muslim but I would highly recommend everyone to read 'The Road Less Traveled. A new Phychology of Love, Traditional Values and Spiritual Growth by M Scott Peck PhD 1978". Read the first 2 chapters and you may ignore the last 2 chapters.

you don't need to worry for your relatives who died without Islam, if they didn't get the message of Islam undistorted and complete then no worries, God has a different plan for this type of people in the day of judgement.

I may advise you to read books of Said Nursi (Risale-i Nur) and Muhammed Fethullah Gulen. I believe you will like them and will understand how important those books in this century.

Jazaka'Allah Khair. Sister. I have Purification of the heart both in book and audiobook form. I recommend Muhammad by Martin Lings, which I also have in book and audiobook. Listening while doing housework etc. is a way to include them if your reading time is short, insha'Allah. After months of watching your videos I have finally subscribed, alhamdulillah.
I had to buy my first Quran because I knew 0 Muslims & highly doubted anyone I knew would buy me one, but my second was gifted to me by a sister I met at mosque, Alhamdulillah.
