On that sweep need one of those metal poles with the tall spring to hold the cord up. I dont know the proper name for them but I have seen them on other higher power equipment where the power cords were in trouble spots.
Great video Matt, and I too also enjoyed the presentation you gave. I'll definitely watch the chicken litter talk, used it to a far limited extent many years ago on a hay field and it was far better in my estimation than the Ammonium nitrate I routinely used. Only problem was availability in bulk they weren't into chickens back in those days.
Great video. That paddle sweep is amazing. If I ever decide to change the unload auger system in our bins I’ll definitely be looking into the paddle sweep.
It would seem as though the company that produces the grain bin sweep dropped the ball on cable management. They had to know that the sweep is intended to go around a number of times to completely clean the bin. What does the company that produces that piece of equipment say about cable management? Maybe the people who installed it forgot some pieces.
Hi from oz mat. I hate abs brakes. On dirt or gravel roads (especially when wet) they just don’t work. They actually become more dangerous in those situations because you can’t stop at all.
Found your channel last week. Your honesty and transparency in business practice is why I’m sticking around. Keep up the good work
Glad to have you!
Like the new sweep.

You need a spring loaded pogo stick like on your semi for air lines on your sweep auger from R MILLER
You should look in to hybrid 85 corn seed
Congratulations on installing the paddle sweeps. Really appreciate the information on the truck breaks.
I love how you go in depth into the inputs and expenses! Gives a non farmer like myself so much more perspective! Great video as always!
Hi guys, hope your had a good trip? Get you a pogo stick and mount the cord on, it’s spring loaded and will move when needed.
