It's funny how low-budget movies are often ultra widescreen. It's like they're thinking 'if we do it really wide then it'll look like a _real_ movie.' I've seen several films like this on Netflix lately and it's really annoying.
All that gear we used sounded like torture racks, with the chains and belts. And if we needed more weight on the sled, we just stacked Chinamen on it. :)

Most males my height (5’10), can safely go down to 125 lbs and still be healthy. We have a very skewed way of understanding what healthy weight and body composition in this country is. The cold hard facts really are that most who consider themselves “normal” in the USA could easily lose 50 lbs and be just fine.
