for a long time i was always so fucking focused only about my looks and really into detail like i purely based my identity on my looks or something... if my hair a little bit was not perfect into shape or fall aside i would go mad and not go outside and if i have a little bit acne on my skin also i would be scared people will see it and stay inside :(. this really kept me inside my comfort zone but i couldnt get out
