    Put more pressure on the top springs to help release the lower one. Doesn't matter which one you start with.

    Thank you so much for this, so does the bottom pin release when you release the left side? So do you release the right one first then the left one? I can get the top to release but the bottom one is a PITA

      Yes! It is located under the center console. It is bolted to the floor panel but easily accessible from the driver’s side through the lower console side cover.

      Easy to find the leads on eBay. Just search for make, model and year. Make sure you compare yours with the pictures from the eBay site.
