Villagers will buy fresh only because it's be cooked easier. If that family don't kill a pork. We eat chicken from families who raise chicken. If we don't have enough chicken, we eat eggs, go fishing, river prawn, crab or hunt some birds. But fish always be in many meals because it's free. Nowadays, old villagers still live the same, but their grand childern move to live in town to get more comfortable and convenience live style.

I am mostly Polish, go to the grocery store one can usually find frozen pig brains. Buy a tub of them thaw them out saute half an onion in a frying pan add the brains. Turn the heat to low. When the brains are cooked at about 6 scrambled eggs cover the pan till the eggs are cooked. Salt and pepper to taste. Try them they are good.
I'm vegan. And i don't mind at all these videos, like i find them interesting more than anything else. *but please stop the comments "vegans have left the chat" or stuff like that x) because we aren't all extremists and we don't all hate ppl eating meat*
