Detailed overview video of a Heckler and Koch (H&K) MR223 A3, which is the civilian marked 416 A5. Will be similar to the 416 and MR223 A1 but with full ambidextrous controls, as well as the USA MR556 gun. This one is in RAL8000. They are also available in black. This model features an 11” hard chrome barrel, full ambi controls, and the new Hk FUIS (flip up iron sights).
This is an AR15 and in Canada is a restricted firearm only legal to own with a RPAL. I am properly licensed for this firearm.

@@corsair7158 yeah but it’s more military oriented than anything meaning it won’t accept most ar-15 parts and it’s gas operated it’s not a di gas system it’s short stroke piston else except, for KAC, colt, FN, CZ

That is so bad ass! I never minded the AR safey. If it doesn't go into safey you know the hammer isn't cocked. I admit is a little strange but once you're used to it, it let's you know quickly if it's chambered.

I was confused until I heard Canada. We can get 416 parts kits and it's basically the MR556 for $1k more than the MR556. Just has real 416 parts.
The only difference between the 223 and 556 versions is the thread pitch. One obviously American, one for the rest of the world
I've seen the FDE uppers but not entire rifles or the updated lower.

American Defesne ambi lower had the same ambi control and it's been available for years.
I just got the MR556 and the MR762 in black I love the color on this hopefully we get them in the U.S soon 😫

My opinion is that where you can't flip the safety lever to safe when the hammer is not cocked is better, because its good sign that the gun is not loaded.

That HK bolt catch/release is just a preinstalled Teal Blue Bravo PDQ....& YES sure useful!!
Just a reminder, the HK416 and MR series of rifles are in no way AR15 or AR10 platform rifles. While they look like they would be, nothing outside of the pistol grip and charging handle are interchangeable. The triggers, barrels, handguard, all the guts are different. Controls made it easy for militaries to switch over just like how many other modern platforms use AR style controls now.

@@armandgun I hope you get it! Some folks down here used to use SOT & manufacturers licensing so they could do get the cool stuff at a personal level. Then the Gov caught wind and - if I understand correctly - they made the licenses nutso expensive, made it so you have to prove and recertify that you're selling products, and getting one for collecting purposes is specifically prohibited. I could be wrong, that's how it was explained to me, but I don't doubt it going down like that. /shrug. Good luck! Love the videos.
Arm&Gun did they confiscate?
It takes 8 months to legally own a suppressor in the US. You have to go to your local Sheriff's department and have your hands fingerprinted, you have to pay the ATF $200, and wait for them to clear you.

HK has arguably the most beautiful handguns ever ... they shoot great as well. Iv never shot a Walther , but they’re good looking and widely respected as well of course .
Iv never shot H&Ks higher caliber guns (rifles , submachine guns/pistols) but I don’t need to , to know they’re great .

The keymod is the only bad thing about it.
It’s worse than keymod, it’s this proprietary Hkey system they came out with. Thankfully there are multiple handguard options in 1913 and mloc.

You can buy these in the US now for the low low price of $6,000 USD from Armsunlimited. I think you're better off with an MCX at $1000 to $2000 though.

It’s not allowed for civilians because it is fully automatic chambered. You can get their civilian version which is MR556A1 which is semi auto
Can't even find the a1 in stock in the US and the a3 is unobtanium

11". Yes issues for anything under 18.5", or if it's an AR variant. Yes I now work with a business that has appropriate licenses.

No ambi-charging handle and it has like 4 different colors. You'd think you could get better for the high price...
Is the fire arm in ral 8000 and if it is is the ral on the a5 versions paint coated on instead of anodized? Why is this ral so different from the first iteration with the more yellow ochre “sand” ral?
It seems to be cerakoted or duracoated as you can't get that color with anodizing.

It's not pronounced coke, the ch in German doesn't translate to English,but to Spanish, Ko"ch" is pronounced like "coj"ones, also like "J"alapeños. It's kind of like a throat noise..

Why would you need or want to put a gun on safe if it isn't cocked? Uncocked guns are as safe as they get.
how do you compare this to DD m4V7S 11.5 in? also geisselle super duty 11.5 and BCM? im from france and they cost almost the same.

Le Hk est une arme fantastique avec une qualité de fabrication et une finition irréprochable.
Très très dur à acquérir en France actuellement mais ça vaut le coup d’être patient.
Je ne vendrais le mien pour rien au monde.
