I LOVE that you have a body cam. Sometimes videos like these just show the sheet music and play to it so you can never tell if they're playing bad or it's just a bad playing area (you're neither btw)
How do you get the speed so fast and so accurate? I’m working on a solo and ensemble peice that has a really fast part and will probably have to play it at a slower tempo.
Practice slowly more often than not and make sure you practice with a metronome for 90%+ of your practice. Doing rhythm drills on difficult technique is a very effective method as well that I have had a lot of success with also, building security in tempo and overall control.
