If the pediatric dosage of chlorothiazide is 10 to 20mg/ kg of body weight per day in a single dose or two divided doses, not to exceed 375mg per day calculate the daily dosage range of an oral suspension containing 250mg chlorothiazide per 5ml that should be administered to a 48lb 3. Cyclosporine is an immunosuppressive agent administered before and after organ transplntation at a single daily dose of 15mg/kg.how many militers of a 50ml bottle containing 100mg of cyclosporine per militers would be administered to a 140lb kidney transplant patient? 4.
