  • I bought Tuff-bilt Tractor that needs some fixing up. I’ll be using it mostly to cultivate corn and cutting grass.
it should be the perfect small tractor for the homestead!

I have had a Tuff-Bilt for 10 - 12 years. Brought it without an engine; found a K361 Kohler (18 hp) to install. Mine is an early model with electric actuator lifts on the 3-point hitches. Tractor does a great job of grading dirt or plowing snow. I have a 5-foot Woods mowing deck that I want to use with it: this will require some new homemade mounting brackets. Really a fun and useful tractor.

That’s great! I’m looking forward to when I’ve collected a lot of implements

Jared - my father in law, Bobby Wallace, owned and helped develop the Tuff-Bilt Tractor here in Cumming GA. Since his passing in 2018, he still had a number of older implements / parts available. I m not looking solicit any business from you , but if there is specific part you are looking for , he probably has it, if not new , certainly used, also think there are parts manuals / schematics. There still is tractor configured as Front end loader , Back-hoe - (one of kind), and tractor with 60inch mower deck. In any case, all the best with your rehab of the tractor. In any case, as you mentioned this is versatile tractor for light duty farming and yard support. ML

Hi Mark, that’s great! Its crazy how many attachments they put on these tractors. Thanks for reaching out to me. I live in a little pocket of tuff-bilt owners, I have 4 neighbors within 5 miles that have old tuff-bilt tractors, some with 2. If you want to take pictures with some info of tractors, attachments and parts, with decent prices it’s possible that I can find buyers for some or maybe all that you want to sell. If you’re interested I’ll give you my email.

Hey Mark, I'm just up the road in Fairmount and just bought a Tuff Bilt. Do you still have some stuff?

I built a 3 arm hydrolic beam and mounted a high rpm cutter on the end to mow my ditches, so I haven't picked up my weed eater since it does a great job with 11 ft. reach

I love this thing! I'm a huge fan of Gravely Tractors. This reminds me of the old two-wheel Gravely Tractors. Very versatile. My youngest son's middle name is Gravely... no kidding.
It will be cool to see what you do with it.

Ha that’s awesome! I’ll mostly be cultivating corn once I get it finished.

@@Jared-Brubaker Benjamin Franklin Gravely is the inventor of the Gravely Tractor. My youngest son's name is Benjamin Gravely Bissell. Yeah. I did that when my wife was under anesthesia... I told her, "His name is Keith Stone.... which softened the blow for Benjamin Gravely..."

Wow that’s awesome! Did you get that from Clayton Horst? He’s the only person I ever knew had one.

Not Clayton but his boys picked this one up somewhere to resell. This tuff-bilt makes 5 people that have em in muddy pond that I know about.
