Sir, Namaskar, in 498 A case a stay order was passed in faour of father and mother in law by Hon High Court Judicature at Allahabad on 04.11.2020, still in force. Copy of order is on record in lower court. The lower court is persistently passing order to "submitt updated speaking order" another to submit "updated copy". The respondent lady has moved a misleading application as " the order of High Court expired on 04.11.2020, asking to issue NBW". Order is " not to take any coercive action against the applicants till next date of listing". Respondenent lady is not appearing in Hon High Court and has full knowledge of the order. Now what remeady is available if NBW is issued by the lower court.

Sir, yeh kahna galat hai ki 498a ki comp par turant fir darj nahi hoti. Mere bete ke case mein 11 baje comp hui aur 11 baje hi 498a, 323, 504, 506, 452 & 3/4 ki fir likh le gai. Ismein ek ghatna 17 months ke pahle ki dikhai gai hai aur dusri ghatna 1 month pahle ki. Police ne yeh tak nahi puchha ki fir likhane mein itni dair kyon hui. Sachchai yeh hai ki police jo chati hai karti hai.
