I have to support a fellow Windsorite even though I sold up and moved to Wheatley 5 years ago because we wanted property for our Greyhounds to be able to run around 3 acres. When we were looking, dog friendly places were on our mind (we were looking at other cities in the same way I suggest here) when we found this place in Wheatley and didn't have to look further afield in unknown places. Maybe look at the dog friendly places Windsor has and show ppl/map where the dog parks are in Windsor, LaSalle, Kingsville etc, places dogs are allowed and all the dog events held at St Clair Beach and Riverside PetValus each year, Woofaroo and maybe do an episode for those people looking to live in this area with dogs. Then, perhaps you could do one on all the school zones and how the different schools rate across the entire area including the smaller private schools. I know you did a video that mentioned a few but it wasn't all inclusive for Essex County and I know plenty of people in T.O. and further afield that have asked me about education in this area. Anyway, great job on your videos!

I've noticed you haven't much too say about living in Devonshire Heights. Why is that? The homes and streets appear to be quite nice as we drive around so what do you think about the area?
It’s not a bad area. I guess I should touch on it more. It’s in the same high school district as south Windsor so a good school to go to. Slightly cheaper raised ranches there
How about windsor east? I thought it was a good area and around 400-450
Yes that area is a good area for that price range. Streets like George, ellrose, tourangeau, Olive , etc
Is East Windsor also a good area?
Yes east Windsor is a good area especially east of pillette

The Market is starting to change and houses in that price range are starting to come available again. Maybe I’ll do a video on it soon. 350k would make things a lot easier for you
is there anywhere selling for 300k or less, i see a lot of home up for 250k jwing
How nice do you want it to look? Sometimes you will see a house that sells for under 300k - usually a little out of date and only 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, no basement.
