I've noticed you haven't much too say about living in Devonshire Heights. Why is that? The homes and streets appear to be quite nice as we drive around so what do you think about the area?
It’s not a bad area. I guess I should touch on it more. It’s in the same high school district as south Windsor so a good school to go to. Slightly cheaper raised ranches there
The Market is starting to change and houses in that price range are starting to come available again. Maybe I’ll do a video on it soon. 350k would make things a lot easier for you
How nice do you want it to look? Sometimes you will see a house that sells for under 300k - usually a little out of date and only 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, no basement.

Yes that area is a good area for that price range. Streets like George, ellrose, tourangeau, Olive , etc
Sorry west end is the best end !

Yes east Windsor is a good area especially east of pillette
