There is *such* gold here - thank you Lulu
- who is your target audience? (construct your tribe, be specific)
- who is outside of that (feel free to piss them off a little not necessarily intentionally)
- what are you trying to achieve?
- What do you believe?
- of that, what will your audience accept (go hard on those points)
- counterposition against an antagonist, or the current state of the world that is not where it could be.
Big Fan of Garry Tan, this e/acc max dude in the valley!
Find your tribe segment was great. Getting a big enough brand loyalist community, and having them be avid supporters of the brand is big. Sort of like Redbull(non controversial?), or Razer(controversial), or Honda(non controversial).
Garry sir , a huge Thanks ,cant tell how much you help us , Hopefully will meet you one day in person 🎉
Every. Single. Words. Speaks to me. Thanks for sharing!
21:00 The last statement is insightful for the framework of action.
“What are you optimizing for?”
I realize it’s actually a quite operator-style way to ask the same question: “What are your values?”
Great video. It's important to note that there are old adages to leadership that apply here. When your cofounders / core team members actually see you do something impossible, it starts a fire in them. Of course, there are those that won't even realize the impossible feats that are happening right in front of them (too prideful or too ignorant) these people you either have to let go or calibrate their prism.
Some days ago, I watched a video about Steve Jobs.
A typical case happens in the apple team when he came back as the CEO of the company.
It’s just like Lulu was talking about this specific case.

Man this was made for me. Really helped me put some questions into perspective
That Reworkd company sounds very interesting
your C19 example at the end was a slam dunk. Too bad the crowd followed the media and politicians
IDK use a genie and the 3rd eye?
Is that a TV at the background with an image of a painting?
Shout out to Garry Tan!
goat🐐
this conversation is so deep and covers interesting aspects
Academics call this social categorization and in/out groups
V interesting. Wish Lulu had been able to speak more though.
