Ha you guys are great. I have a question fan the flame be placed under another bigger copper tube to heat a bucket of water or make hot tub in the woods
@@2olfartsinthewoods ya a copper coil tossed onto campfire it will in 1 hours time transfer a bucket of cold water and siphon up thermodynamic gravity and pour into a higher raised bucket and every hour 5 gallons of water will turn 104 degrees Celsius.
1. Length of burn Depends on your fuel and how much you use, but it will get you a few hours 2. The alcohol works best because it becomes vapors which allow it to keep burning, so I wouldnt think lantern fuel would work...but you can try it. 3. The tube should be a small diameter
Verry cool...
Great idea. Thanks.
How much fuel does it consume?
What kind of fuel does it use?
What is temperature of flame?
Thanks. 👍🏻👍🏻
Is the yellow flame due to the hole size? If the hole is smaller will it burn blue, and burn hotter?
Do you have a video explaining how to cut the lantern in half?

Why did you cut a lantern in half?
Hola, una pregunta: al cerrar el frasco debe quedar hermético? Es decir no tiene que entrar aire por ningún lado?
Gracias, por favor!
Hola. Sí debería quedar hermético. Saludos
Hello. Yes it should be hermetic. Greetings
Those things can build pressure and really push put a ton of flame.
Yes they can!!
What size is the copper tubing?
Not sure, 1/4 maybe???
1/4 is what all on youtube make them out of. They do get dangerous. Be careful
Now you can use the left over tubing to make a fire wick!! Easy!!
Awesome!
Great idea!
When you drill, make sure the drill bit is turning clockwise.
Thanks for the comment
Just rubbing alcohol…?
Yes
@@2olfartsinthewoods thank you…I have been following you kids on tictok…so glad I found you here also…!
@@velmahopkins8070 qere ao glad!! Thank you so much!!
Three questions for yeah
1) how long is the burn time
2) can lamp oil work
3) does it matter the tube size
