    Anything, till experienced by the self, is only a hearsay. Words have various explanatory descriptions, but only understood when experienced.
    Nothing above experience.
    Experiment life with courage. Experience that state, you can give whatever name you want.

      Meditation, Yoga. EVERY DAY. .... later you can learn Kriya Yoga from SRF Yogananda's own, or from elsewhere like Sadhguru from Isha, Kriyas.

      Buddha said sīla (morality) before samadhi. Think good thoughts, act with genuine kindness, help others, be genuine, selfless, and humble. The positive karma this creates will transform the worry you feel and calm your mind. ❤

    This made me cry what is Bliss. I don't remember I'm only 71.
