I have this too....took two MRI's and two Physio guys to diagnose. I was trying to rehab a partial tear in subscapularis (MRI) but the actual problem is the subluxation. Any strengthening exercises to help? Cannot lift my arm out to the side without it popping out. Is yours better?

The subscapularis does not cross over the biceps tendon. It would be a transverse numeral ligament problem.

Thanks for yr video dr nabil.
i had an acromioplasty decompression and bicep tenotomy (not my choice) 4weeks ago. my lhbicep tendon has dislocated 8cm from the groove. i watch the treatment - does that mean the the lhbi ep tendon works its way back into the groove.

I have the same problem on my left shoulder. Subluxed but no tear. I think it might be genetic.

I am a massage therapist in SC. I have a technique to help with this condition, manually. Anyone else working on this?

My shoulder was injured giving massages a day after MRI contrast in same arm. ☹️ The contrast developed in to a rash after a few days. My guess is it affected my muscles too.
I am interested in your technique for relief. Most of my shoulder inhibition is from muscle guarding and, any relief after relaxing lavator, subscap, pecs and bicep’s lasting duration is minutes. I’ve tried sliding the tendon back in place with combination of compression in superior direction while abduction and medial rotation of GH . It helps but is also temporary.
Do you have advice you can share?

Hello@@adriennesekishiro1053 I have found that the relief can be temporary...sometimes it needs to be put back in over and over. I work closely with a good chiropractor because sometimes the joint is out of whack. So after I put a client's tendon back in I send them to a chiropractor to stabilize the joint. I start at the elbow and find the lower part of the biceps, it should feel taut, I follow the taut line of the biceps/tendon and see where it brings me, sometimes it is deep into the armpit...I open the arm/shoulder above head, and put pressure on the taut tendon because it seems as though it has fallen deeper into armpit, perhaps below the ball of the joint (at least it feels like this)...the tendon will come out and then I do as you described. I don't know if this is your issue, but I have found that to be a thing that happens that makes it hard to find the tendon.
I have developed a feel for the tendon, and I have to be very patient as I sense the tendon is getting back in the groove. I always suggest babying the shoulder for a day or two. I really do suggest finding a professional such as a chiropractor who can stabilize/correct the bones/joint. Any questions?
