In my youth driving HMMWV's in the rain, we often just unzipped the windows halfway and said to heck with it. We were going to get wet anyway so we might as well be able to see out the sides better.
"I gotta go to the other end of the country, it'll take me about 2hrs",🤭👌, I can't hardly get to the other end of my state in twice that time,✌😋, lol, thanks for sharing.
Yeah, that's also what i calculated at first. But the numbers don't allways follow that "+30 years" rule of thumb. I do have all the documentation, that shows the first date of use/registration, being in 2002. And yes, there are times i could really use some back-up lights on the Humvee. so yeah, that might just become a project. :) Thanks for watching along!
i dont know if u find this interesting or not but there are lots of cool stuf for sale at the vanhool bus factory that just moved. also i love ur videos groetjes uit belgsiche limburg
Well, i'm glad you ask! -Because i haven't done a single thing to it, yet. :) But there are a couple of reasons for that, that i suppose i will talk about when we get to it :)
Yes to a video of that trailer behind a Unimog doing off-road stuff.
Happy to watch anything banging around your backyard. Thanks for your blog!
Man I love the sound of those old humvees
thats one big trailer! going to look great behind the unimog

At least you guys are driving on the right-side of the road there,😉👍, lol.

About 550 kilometers from Gedser to Skagen, 5½ hours if you drive the max speed of 130 kph on the stretches of motorway on the trip
Haha yeah. it's a small country. if i drive more than 4 hours in any dierection, i will be crossing an international border :)
Perth to Eucla - drive to nearest state border - 1400 kms 😊

(Yes, I did just copy/paste the last guy's comment)
Would love to see an off road video with that trailer behind a mog 🙂
Love a hummer, always wanted an ex military one to go with my defender.
Por supuesto que queremos ese vídeo.
Muchas gracias por ir compartiendo todas estas cosa. Un saludo.
Thanks
Thank you so much, Dave!
Yes drag the trailer around with the Uni Mog
almost to 20K..did you ever imagine? well deserved and many more subs/views await you..good stuff..
Thanks a lot :)
And no, i never imagined. i never even set out for any such goal. i am humbled. :)
Thanks KJ. Take care & stay safe.
Excellent logic sir
That is one cool trailer....
Would be great with a couple of flood lights facing the rear on the Humvee
Cool. Hopefully you will have at least 1 good Unimog.
Based on the number on the trailer, it should be from 1995.
Also, you need reverse lights on your Humwee, perhaps an upcoming project? 🙂
Yeah, that's also what i calculated at first. But the numbers don't allways follow that "+30 years" rule of thumb.

Bit of fun for the weekend. Now I wonder what exactly the tyre size is?
The tyres on the trailer are "10,5x20" (So, roughly 38's)

Didn't even know Vanhool was moving out?
Thanks for that info!
I envy your tidy garage. 😂
Nice purchase 👍🏻 What a sound that Humvee
Just curious, how are you doing with the rebuild of the garage/shed?
Well, i'm glad you ask! -Because i haven't done a single thing to it, yet. :)
But there are a couple of reasons for that, that i suppose i will talk about when we get to it :)
You know I love your content, but frankly, I miss "Team Army Trucks". Keep up the good work.
Where am I watching you from I really like to know I live in West Virginia
I'm located in Denmark. Northern Europe :)

Faaborg i Vestjylland, ikke på Sydfyn.

About 50 mph is about you can do comfortably anyway in a 3-speed Humvee.
i would have just hooked up the trailer and drove home why did you trailer the trailer? too risky?
The trailer has air brakes, the humvee doesn't..he does say in the video ;-)
Not worth loosing points on your driver's license if getting caught. Casper needs a driver's license in his job as a bus fleet mechanic
👍
its too heavy for unimog??
Hvad er vægtafgift på sådan en humvee?
Det afhænger helt af hvordan den er registreret. så det kan være alt mellem 1500-15000
Fordi min er en gul-pladet og har veteran status, så er den i den billige ende.
@@KJOff-Road oki.. Cool, Tak for alle dine vid's 🙂
Why are you carrying the trailer on another trailer?
could have taken it through a car wash?
We only have the fully automated washes around here. That would not have worked out too well :)
This is an danish military trailer??? It isn't it a german built trailer, i think
Greetings from müllingen in lower saxony
They are a bit different from the german ones.
These are built by the Danish company HMK Bilcon.
Thankyou
