I watched this video a few times before my G test in Newmarket, studying it and remembering the tips! I passed on the first try! Thank you so much for the video! :)
@@georgeberi1565 It actually wasn't! We took a right out of the test centre, did the neighbourhood first and highway second. But the video was still helpful, all the same tips are taken into consideration :)
@Anatolii Matviichuk hi!! I’m sorry I actually didn’t catch the name of my examiner :( he asked me to do a roadside stop, a three point turn, reverse park and forward park. There weren’t very many cars parked on the road when I went for my test so I believe that’s why I didn’t have to parallel park. My test was on a Thursday at 9:34 in the morning if that helps!
@Anatolii Matviichuk Not a problem! I took a look at the video, that wasn't quite the route I took either. However, the route doesn't really matter in the end. You're still going to take the same amount of turns and do all the same things. Before my test I studied this video as well as the score sheet, which I will link at the end of this comment. I studied the sheet and this video a ton as it tells you everything that you need to be doing. I hope that it's helpful - you can do it! Best of luck to you on your test :) progressivedriving.ca/assets/uploads/G_TEST_SCORE_SHEET.pdf
I’ve watched this a few times and just did my road test here Nov 19 @ 11:25am. Route was different but I passed on my first attempt. My examiner was also very pleasant and calm which made me feel less anxious/intimidating! Thank you for your videos, they’ve helped me pass my G2 & G on first attempts!
Just passed an hour ago. There’s an older black gentleman named Carl who you should have no nervousness if you get him. We just chatted the whole test once he saw me follow the rules!
Thank you so much for this video! I watched it a few times and I took down notes. I practiced this exact route and although when I took my G test it was not the same route, all these tips helped me pass! Great video!
Thank you Gentlemen. Well done. Your tips and this video will give all drivers confidence for their road test. Appreciate you providing road test videos at various driving test centers in the GTA.
Thank you for this video. I just failed my exam today, I was preparing for all 3 roads available on TH-cam and he took me to a complete different road, and asked me to change the lane when it was super busy on the highway, and expect me to speed up more than 110 and do that instead of waiting for cars to pass me on the left when it is safe to do so like I did. The examiner was irritated and nervous, I didn’t felt comfortable, he was wearing the mask. So be ready for all that guys:)
You are a legend! -> Thank you for all the great tips. They were insanely helpful! -> I passed on my first attempt, and this is largely due to the awesome tips in the video!!!
I did my G test at Newmarket today but they took me to Frank Stronach Park down Leslie then went back onto highway 404. The route was a little different than in the video.
Had absolutely 0 time to practice for my G, but this video saved me - passed my G today with almost no mistakes even though it was my first time ever driving in Newmarket! I also checked out the video about the G marking schema, and that REALLY helped me avoid making the same mistakes that I made during my first G attempt. If I had have known about these videos 5 years ago, I bet I would have passed my first try - all these tips and tricks were super informative and helpful. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR CONTENT !!!
I have passed my G-Full today Thank you !!!! The speed sighs shows 100 , but instructor told me to go 110 , I guess they did not updated sighs yet , so just follow instructions of your examinator
Hi Ikusegham. Did the examiner test you parallel parking, roadside stops and 3-point turn? I just want to know if the modified version on the G test is still continuing now that COVID-19 restrictions are almost over.
I noticed you kept your right turn signal on when going on the highway ramp to hwy404 North. Is it a requirement to signal on the ramp? If so, do I leave it on the entire time? Thanks!
Thanks so much for ur video, it’s very useful, do u have a G road test video in Bloomington centre ? Cuz I am trying to book a G road test there ,again thanks a lot for ur sharing 👍👍😍😍
HELP!! I work close to this drive test centre, I’m on that highway twice a day 6 days a week, and every time I drive by it, THERE IS A MASSIVE LINE of people all around the block. Question 1: wtf are all those people standing in line for? Are they all on drop in stand-by hoping they get in? Or do I absolutely have to book my G during COVID? I’d love to just go bang this off but I’ve been very busy, can I just drop in?
Is there a separate line for appointments or is everyone in one line? Am I allowed to just cut past the drop in line and go inside and check in or do I have to wait behind everyone else? I''m just nervous that if I come for my appointment, there's going to be a huge line that I'll have to wait hours in and I'll miss my appointment.
If cars are coming when asked to do a three point turn, do you have to wait for all the cars to drive up ahead and then proceed or can you signal and start while the other cars wait for you
On the curve before going to the highway which is a 30km/hr and u said that 40 is good, so it can be ranging 30-40km/hr? because I'm just curious that maybe going 35 on the curve will be the reason to fail cause of "overspeeding"
No you won’t fail. That’s not a speed limit. It’s a suggested speed. If it’s a good day you can go a bit faster. If it’s icy and snowing you may need to go slower than 30.
It’s a suggestion that you have to gauge with weather conditions, traffic, and lighting. I have to get my G but I’m in that highway, that exact route for work twice a day, it’s pretty straight forward, I’ve done the full G in Mississauga, that was a lot tougher than this......side note, the reason I have to do all my testing all over again is because I never renewed my license since I didn’t have a car, and my license was invalid for more than 5 years. Even if you stop driving BE SURE TO RENEW YOUR LICENSE
Thanks for the great video Evgeniy.. my wife and I have scheduled our road test in Newmarket for the end of October due to a lack of appointments where we live - 1 hour away from Newmarket Would you be able to act as our trainer on the day of the road test and possibly lend us your car for the duration of the test. Thanks for the video. Is it okay to exceed 100km/h like around 100-115km/h on highway ?
No, speed limit is very important. 10km over on the highway is typically automatic fail.
