they confirmed in lee joon's young street radio that seungsik takes over the leader position and the members want to go on with seungsik as the leader too. but seungwoo and seungsik basically helps each others on it. however the official leader is seungsik.
it's heo chan not haechan, but that's because of his voice color. he has wide range, but the other member like seungwoo can reach a higher note and is more stable from when they debuted. thus the position is given to seungwoo, so that chan can focus on his things too. he made choreography for some of victon's songs and nostalgic night was composed by chan too.
