Robot tiger: she was able to play her second card cause of this card. It says when you play a red symbol and then you get an extra arrow for playing a card on the table without a red symbol and with discount. It make sense because you would be never able to play two cards at the table in one turn !(maybe it is excisting on a 1x card to play an extra card but that would make the yellow card too weak....as you have to have that card....if it excists....) But there are two arrow symbols so she was able to play two cards !
33:45 For robot tiger... someone asked whether cards like that trigger immediately or starting the next turn on bgg and the designer replied "Yes!" lol. Still technically ambiguous, but I think that can be interpreted as him answering the thread title question, which was, "Does a card trigger its permanent effect?" So i think it was legal to play the second card then.

im the same way with COAL BARON i luv it and enjoy playing it...but very rarely win...yet i still have a smile on my face at the end of the game doesnt matter if i lose by 30 pts or win by 1.

Sorry if this comment is repeated, It doesn't appear to be adding it, maybe because I linked the BGG article. Great playthrough as usual. Just for reference I looked it up on BGG and it appears that joker tokens are discarded on use, though it seems to be a little contested, most seem to agree that the tokens are "played" on use, and therefor put back in the supply.
That makes a ton of sense and I wish it was more clear in the rulebook.
You have to pay the joker token for a mission 50.00 !
You are going to have to stabilise your overhead camera as it’s been wobbling around for most of the video.
