Love the "A mine(!)" clip, we have this come up all the time. Similarly, it is borderline annoying how everytime someone asks "Do you want to charge power?" after doing a build/upgrade, the table will go "What's the charge? Eating a succulent Chinese meal?!" So glad you guys are doing this play through 😊
At 31:20 you forgot to advance at a track. (Whenever you get a tech tile that is not bound to a tech tree, you may choose any of the tracks and advance one step there)
Correct me if I'm wrong but according to the board setup rules you're not allowed to have two planets of the same type directly adjacent to each other... I spot 2 yellows directly adjacent 7:43
Rapid reviews reminded me that I needed to engage with this video! It was a great video, I mostly watched to see what y'alls scores were and to see how you played. My partner and I played this quite a bit but I never really had a clue about what a good score was.
You can with a bit of lid lift, but there's a lot of components you need to keep separate from the base game. You cannot combine them and then just keep them combined forever unless you always want to use the asteroid, protoplanets, and ships. Its probably best to keep them separate
@@Overlordsen I think the key thing is that it adds factions that are outside the normal home planets circle making more room for other players to avoid playing factions that compete over planets when having more players.
You accidentally chose Gleens federation token to be on top of the terraforming track. This one should be excluded during setup and only used on Gleens faction board (Planetary institute)
@17:00: QICs add +2 to distance. You could have gotten to either ship.

Expansion looks sick. Mine arrived yesterday, can't wait to play!
You definitely deserve more attention, really good and entertaining video!

This comment reminded us that we need to email you back!
@@TheBrothersMurph No sweat! Y’all are busy, that email will be there. You’ve been making some quality content, I’m loving it.
LOL, you've put the Gleen's faction specific PI Federation token on the Terraforming track.
Yeah mistake lol
When pink took the tech tile that gives knowledge in the A. I. you didn't advance in it 1:21:39
Question, does the expansion fit all in the base box?

agreed here that for ease we are keeping the expansion stuff in its own box
Why noone counts the buildings using the empty spots on your player board? It's way easier and faster
This is a very good point
How does it affect 2p experience?
The expansion?
@@TheBrothersMurph yes
It's about the same, in terms of how it plays specifically at 2 player we didn't really notice any difference
The expansion makes for a better experience at all player counts but especially at 3-4 players it will make the game much better.
