You mentioned to be shallow on the depth of the dirt when tilling. What depth is everyone going off of? I've heard 6in and I've heard 2-4in.

What if your soil pH is really low....like 4.87? How do I know how much conditioner to add?

If your soil is below 5.0 I would still recommend some type of solid form lime, longterm. The humic's aren't a replacement to lime as it will only last in the soil for 3-4 months but it does do a great job of neutralizing it during that time frame as the plants are growing and establishing, especially in some of those more difficult to access plots. For long term soil structure, solid form lime would help boost this up. During the plants life cycle (in annuals) and germination and establishment phases (in perennials) the Soil Starter - Soil Conditioner helps with that neutralization while delivering crucial calcium to the plant to put those growing stages at an advantage position to have successful food plots located in less than ideal soil beds.

Can you seed directly after spraying the soil starter?

Yes you can seed directly after applying the Soil Starter. Our general rule is: make sure the seed is down within 2 weeks of getting Soil Starter applied, the active ingredients will go to work as soon as they hit the soil bed and remain active for around 2ish months, however those first 2 weeks are when the calcium is at its most available for the germinating seeds and to help along after the plants emerge.

What kind of weed killer do you use?

They put Chicory in it Imox and grass killer is about all you can use on it. It a blend that needs mowing.
