I have observed that some IPOs like DMart were a big hit with the price being doubled on the listing day itself and even after a year the price just kept on increasing.

Book Title suggestion - Zero (or Shoonya in Hindi).
If you enter the stock market with no knowledge it will make your investment Zero but if you read this book and get some knowledge you would add a Zero (100 to 1000) to your investments.
A beginner will always start from a Zero (zero-knowledge).
Plus Zero was given by India, which plays a big role in number systems. It would be kind of a tribute to Aryabhata.

Yes we can understand price depends on demand and supply. But my question is how nse/bse changes price every second on what basis? If it's as per demand and supply then how exact price is decided in every second. If demand for particular share is 60 percentage in a particular second and at the same time supply is 70 percentage that at what percentage price of that share will go down? How this decided?
