Hearing the morning chirp of birds and bugs in the year 1995 almost sounds like heaven. We had achieved many things by this year and it was before 9/11, before fellow Americans were so divided, before cancel culture, before cell phones and social media. All of these things that are killing the modern society physically and mentally
I know exactly what you mean. The 90's while they had problems, I think was peak times for middle class America enjoying suburbia. Sure there was war and stuff but the Berlin wall was down, people were making money, the internet was new. its WAS a good time to be alive. There was a ton of steam excursions. Railroads were still yet to form the HUGE mergers. yeah definalty a vibe. the early summer morning. maybe there was pancakes on the griddle, you tied up your sneakers, grabbed the sony camcorder, packed up the station wagon for a day of catching trains with dad or grandpa. maybe went to the local lunch spot, then come home to mom with a roast dinner.....miss those days
@@trainlover123trainsrock A great railfan named Tim. He is here on TH-cam, under the name of Retired Railfan Horn Guy. Should definitely check out his stuff.
