To add to the power of ducking, if youre ever in a tight spot in lotus like on a platform but lotus is coming towards you, you can hold down your duck and it brings your hitbox forward. It makes it such that lotus starts his push attack further away such that it wont hit you when you stop ducking (assuming you werent already in lotus' range to begin with)
2:23 a tip for decent skills would be to have them all at different levels, that way your pets will stagger the use of the buffs (after the initial cast upon entering the boss entry room) and not nuke your HP by like 30% instantly, reducing the risk of dying to a pattern that otherwise wouldn't kill you.
