it honestly feels good to find brandis on the prydwin after convincing him to rejoin the brother hood, its one of the few quest that actually make you feel good for going through the hard work of trying to get good ending
If you side with the Brotherhood, he actually joins you in the fight against the Institute. I was surprised he made it. He wears power armor during the battle, and when you click on him, he says "Paladin Brandis reporting for duty!". As a Brotherhood fanatic, it felt good.
Honestly felt Brandis was a missed opportunity, the fact that there no more significant interactions with him afterwards and he just stays on the prydwin. I feel that after you become a sentinel after the BoS ending you should get him as a companion as you technically outrank him and him joining you can be a form of rehabilitation.
The commonwealth represents the worst? What about the Minutemen? Preston is a perfect example of what the commonwealth could be. *Edit* Despite being overwhelmed by Raiders, he continues to take it upon himself to protect those who rely on him, he also never ran from quincy. The commonwealth needs people like that, who are willing to go above and beyond for the common folk who are trying to make their way through their circumstances. Only takes a bit of hope and they join you, should you become general and complete the quests.
@@6Tainted1370 Tbh I actually agree lol. I really don't think presten is that bad of a character most of the time. It's just annoying how Bethesda forced things to be hunky dorry with everyone regardless of how evil you were. Among other things. He's just one of the easiest blatent examples of being ruined by game play choices.

How about you go and help another settlement? I'll mark it on your map!

I mean, there aren't really any bad endings in 4, you're practically forced to be a good.

Especially when he's all cleaned up and in a proper uniform
I wished Paladin Brandis was a follower, as much as I liked Paladin Danse I would fight alongside Paladin Brandis.
@@vectinator7605I hope they enable this in future updates.
lmao the musket windup and X6 admiring you from that was hilarious
I couldn't believe it at first, but apparently Brandis's voice actor is Oppenheimer's cousin.
cool
Ironic

I think he's there when you kill the Railroad
@@joshuapope9225 so no unique dialogue or cutscene just a brief cameo in a 5 minute mission. Yeah missed opportunity

What? Really annoying?
What? Forcing work on everyone else?
Hahaha, really didn't think that through.
@@maverick5335 Gameplay mechanics, not Preston's fault the Bethesda overlords programmed him to give out constant quests.

I wish they would have given you the option of allowing him to come to one of your settlements
So we're all just ignoring the pumpkin? Yeah? Just making sure.
You didn't destroy shit. There's more chapters back West etc. Maxson will be avenged, Ad Victoriam! (Just kidding lol)
